Hi and welcome! One tip I would give is, please don't start spending money until you've read a few threads for beginners on namepros and looked around. If possible find a mentor.

It is sad to see when some beginners spending (Wasting) a lot of money buying up junk domains and later getting discouraged when their capital is all gone.

Slow and steady, you will do great!

I am also from India,
Here is my advice for your, If you are investing in Domain then many times you will see good Names but never rush for purchasing them you may be fooled with the Banned domain.

There some good scale to measure a valuable domain-
Like -
1. Similar sold domain history
2. Age of Domain
3. Domain status like Google banned or not
4. You can also check it's DA and PA, Majestic, Ahref Score, Indexed page, Alexa ranking and other things
5. Domain must be short
And many things.
