Yes, I agree @Robbie, and the fact that the offending site "...displayed the Complainant’s ONLYFANS Mark at the top of the page" likely nailed this case.

Also in some fonts, the word "ONLY" is displayed as "ONIY" (capital L and I both similar) so anybody will be confused that they're landing on ONLYFANS real site but will land on ONIYFANS
