to people who don't speak English much less write in English which is the dominant language on the internet as far as domains are concerned.

Numeric domains are the best option for both website owner and visitors.

so long as the numeric domains are short (2N/3N/4N) and memorable.

It is also a huge plus if the numbers are "lucky".

you'll need to know which ones are and avoid the unlucky ones.

It's funny to me how a logical business man would invest in a domain based on the supernatural belief of others.

There's even an auction in Saudi Arabia and in Hong Kong where people auction off their license places that have lucky numbers.

A plate with the single number 8 in Hong Kong sold for I think $10,000,000 USD or something like that.

Numeric domains have a practical use as well as a supernatural use (luck).
