So just to clarify is it ok to put https://www.googleyourcox.com here? I just ask to know what my 1st amendment is as it applies here? I also would love to know some pros out there on names (good pun intended) thoughts on whether or not the fact that this is making me no money....Shouldn’t Cox Communications and Google appreciate a trial I did even if nobody noticed? Any input is much appreciated!

Probably not:

Rule 6.1.15. Do not infringe on the intellectual property (“IP”) rights of another party, which includes typographical errors (“typos”) of globally-recognized trademarks. Selling IP or benefiting from globally-recognized IP of another party is strictly prohibited unless permitted by law (e.g., with their permission or it is a review website).

Thank you so much it absolutely helps. It’s donaining for for dummies 101 I know but I may just hold off on sending any of the companies involved an invoice so I therefore do not “profit”

Hey,
If you are going to test the Trademark's legal protections and potential consequences - maybe Google would not be a place to start. Profiting is as simple as a customer mistook your site for the TM holders site and clicked an add on your site (profit). You dont want to push it with TMs, it just isnt worth it. Good Luck

Thank you always for any replies as well as words of wisdom.

I don’t want to cause any trouble. I’m getting to old for that. I really just wanted to see if anyone even noticed that I had learned to forward a few things. Apparently it didn’t work and luckily it didn’t make anyone mad! That I’m aware of?!?!
