Squadhelp logo design.. awful

So, I decided to try SH out, submitted 10 names, 4 reviewed (3 approved for premium and 1 rejected) and 6 pending.

These are their logo 'designs' :

First name got approved and I received that logo.. For me it's like meh, but I thought let's see what they've got for 2nd name.. And they present me identical logo just changing the name?

When I complained about it being literally same as 1st domain and ask to re-do, they gave me 3rd logo which is also.. like identical?

Can't wait and see what they show for 3rd name (which is actually 2 word name).

Is this normal for them?

I think it's time to address the elephant in the room. Companies like SH don't design logos. They create imagery.

If you have a specific logo design in mind, do you give them guidelines?

That can be tremendously helpful for the designer, because the logo designers aren't spending huge amount of time on these designs.

I remember when I submitted HoloLand(.)com to their marketplace, and I told them I wanted black and white colors, capitalized and monospaced font, and zero clipart crap in my logo.

They designed it as I would've designed it myself.

In all fairness when dealing with made up words (Open vessel) its much harder for a design to be anything but abstract because the word is rather abstract. You will receive better choices on keywords based domains imo. That being said, maybe when asking for a revision explain what you envision for it. Like if Agule is a knockoff for Agile maybe a runner etc.

Guys, what are you talking about?

It's not about logo design itself..
It's about submitted 3 names - received 3 identical logo styles, colors and background..

I have now added 12 premium names, and down the road design improved, but .. I've already used my 5 revisions

I don't see 3 identical logo designs. I see one design for agule and two different designs on the other name. They've changed capitalization and element. What did you ask for? They are both brandable names without meaning, so the designer have zero directions if you don't explain what you want.
