I want to buy blogs / sites in the category(niche) of Computers, Tech, or Internet for our client.

The site can contain topics/articles about Computer hardware, software, technology, 4G/mobile, or Internet related information, news, knowledgebase, or tutorials.

It should meet the following minimum criteria:

Age: 2 years old
Visibility: 20-25 pages indexed by Google and Bing
Language: English or Spanish
Backlinks: Clean, non-adult, tropical trust flow (minimum 5 unique domains)
Exact Budget: $250 to $350
TLD: .COM domain.
Should have Alexa ranking less than 500,000
No product-review or amazon affiliate sites.
Region: worldwide
Hosting Platform: Linux based, static/php dynamic
CMS: Wordpress or any other or none.
Site should not be on any online website builder platform like wix, weebly, etc.
Traffic: should have verifiable Google Analytics for last 9 months.
