I'm trying to figure out how to delete an external domain sales thread.

Why is it not as simple as just having a button at the bottom of the thread that says "Delete This Thread"?

I was shown how to do this before but it was a while ago and I forgot sorry. I'd like to free up my external sales threads for other threads.

I need to get to the page where it list all the external threads I created. Thanks in advance.

Ok just checked it out. There's a tick box where you can check open or not. What happens if I uncheck that? I haven't tried. Will it delete the thread?

That's not exactly what I saw last time when someone showed me how to delete it.

Someone showed me before but I forgot.

It was a direct link to the page where you can see exactly how many external sales threads you've created.

Yes, unticking it closes the thread (open or closed)

There really should be a button that takes you to the page below.
Agreed; it's on the to-do list. :)

do you know if the page is dropped from search (search engine results) after the thread is closed?
Once you edit out information from a page, it will no longer appear in search results for that information once the search engines update their index of that page, which can happen within minutes, days, or much longer. It's up to each search engine.

We hope that helps.
