Yes, there's 7 billion people, or, let's say, 1-2 billion were connected to the Internet like 5-10 years ago, I would say. Okay, that's 1.5 billion. Now, with 0.5 billion domains, that means:

• every 3rd person has 1 registered domain on average
• every 15th person has 5 registered domains on average

That doesn't sound so unbelievable to me. But I will trust the data above and change my estimates wildly

WAIT A MINUTE: Does the data say how many domains were NEWLY registered? Because then I would understand why that's too little!
