How to deal with this?

Is there anyone on the icann team that could be helpful in taking down a rotten registrar?

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
understood i agree with you but lets not act like a big cooperation is not of employees that come from Homo sapiens. lets also give op some time to explain himself (even tho i think he should take it up with the police)

Thread was created 2 days ago. How much time is needed to explain oneself? Dynadot is not eBay size. It's a small business.

Dynadot everyone

DYOR

I was totally expecting NetSol (Network Solutions) to be the culprit in this instance. Looks like I was way off.

You pay me or take me to court for that proof. Learn to do something yourself. You can start by reading the reviews. Of course, it's personal but still not justified and guaranteed it's happening to others, just not savvy enough to pick it up

Pay you? Why in the World would I, or anyone else on this forum, pay YOU to prove some BS you're spouting off about?

Yeah you have to pay for my intelligence because you don't have it if you assume it is automatically no. There is no way to know that for sure. I gain nothing, hide nothing with my name attached

So, you've been allowing this to happen for a year and you came here to tell everyone you filed a pointless cyber crime complaint? ok. :xf.rolleyes:

No one would believe your story unless there is proof.

What are the benefits for Dynadot to do these things?

ICANN is pretty toothless. Your best recourse will be through law enforcement for criminal complaint or the court system for a civil complaint, since it sounds like they are breaking the law to harass you.

Why did they target you?

According to online reviews, not only me

  1. Every hacking/black hat technique under the sun
  2. Spying on me and my family
  3. Thousands of emails
  4. Serious threats (nail bombs, burglary, sell credit card)
  5. Never-ending harassment (over a year)
...off the top of my head

And looking at their customer reviews, customer have had other serious issues such as theft and being locked out of their accounts

I didn't want to make it public until most of my portfolio was removed

These are some very serious, criminal allegations. You decided to come to a public forum to makes these allegations. I think there is some burden on you to provide some information to back your claims.

Otherwise, this could easily be considered libel.

A lot of defending for a company with all negative reviews, no physical address, no telephone contact. Guess some have made a few shekels on their platform

Nobody wants it to be true, it maybe the 2nd best registrar in the business.

Dynadot has a very good reputation in the field. You are literally accusing them of making nail bomb threats, among other illegal things.

Without evidence, these are just baseless allegations from some random person on the internet.

Where is the evidence? Put up or shut up.

Keep on ignoring the reviews

Keep on ignoring the reviews

Can you point to other reviews that claim that Dynadot is making terroristic threats like you are claiming, without evidence?

There is a massive gap between leaving a negative review based on how a business operates and your claims.

Until the negative reviews can be acknowledged, nobody is worthy of any explanation. I don't attack for fun

Again, if you don't know how to do a simple search engine search, not worthy of anything

I registered my trademark online with…

I registered my trademark online with the USPTO website and is ready to start my business only to find out my domain has been registered with Dynadot. I will be seeking legal action on this matter being that I own my name. Customer service wait time to speak with an agent is exceptionally too long, and when I did speak to someone via chat the agent disconnected the chat on me, after telling me to reach out to their abuse department but I can't get a live agent. Legal actions will be taken at this point.

There is an example of one negative review. Some moron who does not understand TM law and has an overwhelming sense of entitlement. That is a big difference between threatening you with nail bombs...

Sorry, but extraordinary claims require evidence.
