Hi,

Is there somebody left from NameBright support?

I have send 3 support mails (period of 2 weeks) about a DropCatch domain a paid for and have tried multiple times to add a redirect but the domain is not resolving and redirect is not working. I did not get any response. I have also send a direct message yesterday to Rebies from NameBright and i can see he was active but i am just being ignored.

I am a regular customer at DropCatch and have paid for many tens of domain backorders.

Tonight i tried to add a couple of redirect at some other domains at NameBright and after the installment of the redirects the domains just point to the old link and not the new one?

1. Can someone from NameBright fix the broken redirect for the domain i bought the 24 of June and is inactive all the time?
2. Adding new redirects seems to be completely down at this moment (in my case).

Update:

The newest redirects are processed / live after 2 hours.

The one domain still not resolving is the backorder of 24 of june and i need someone from the support / tech to fix this. I hope Rebies is willing to look into this issue.

Name Bright have the worst support EVER . We registered a domain and there was a technical fault at the check out we got the wrong domain they never gave us a refund . Think they make so much money with dropcatch.com there attitude is take it or leave it . Bye Bye name bright and drop catch .

I understand there will be more customers with some bad experiences with NameBright but it was not my intention to create a topic for all stuff related to NameBright support. I will ask for a mod to add something to the title to make the support question more specific. By the way this is my first problem i encounter with NameBright and as noted in my opening post i am a regular customer and have many good experiences with DropCatch and NameBright. Maybe the corona situation or something else is interfering with a fast support response.

DC and NB always reply my emails. Few hours or a day later, but always. Just my experience.
