Is there somebody left from NameBright support?
I have send 3 support mails (period of 2 weeks) about a DropCatch domain a paid for and have tried multiple times to add a redirect but the domain is not resolving and redirect is not working. I did not get any response. I have also send a direct message yesterday to Rebies from NameBright and i can see he was active but i am just being ignored.
I am a regular customer at DropCatch and have paid for many tens of domain backorders.
Tonight i tried to add a couple of redirect at some other domains at NameBright and after the installment of the redirects the domains just point to the old link and not the new one?
1. Can someone from NameBright fix the broken redirect for the domain i bought the 24 of June and is inactive all the time?
2. Adding new redirects seems to be completely down at this moment (in my case).
