advice Looking for new bulk domain search

I can't get it to work.. I even tried just doing 3 domain names for a search and it seems frozen, left it up an hour last night and nothing. I get this message the whole time "You report is queued and will be processed shortly..."

Anyone? I wrote Namebright and they said the fixed it. I used it earlier just to test and it worked, but now I'm actually trying to search my list and it's broken again.
