Hi all,
I have unusual request. When I check my site DomainsMeca.com it shows dead
"
This site can’t be reached
domainsmeca.com’s server IP address could not be found. "

Joseph is convinced that it's working fine.

Can you please checked and confirmed that it's working?

For me it's not.

Thanks in advance.

---------------------------------------------
It's getting more interesting. After I posted my request I used proxy from Germany and the site resolves fine. So now the mystery is, why my site doesn't show in any of my browser in my home?

Something to do with my IP (is it blocked) or Firewall setting, or?

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
It shows an active page that is wordpress based and says coming soon in the text on it.

www.browserling.com

I use this site to check stuff out sometimes. Looks like maybe you need to flush DNS on your PC or maybe just clear cache and cookies in your internet browser.

I did all you suggested via Chrome and site was down. When I checked with Edge. it was even worst, it show malware on the site. Yes, I flashed everything, but nothing helped. Beside hat I had the site monitored (about 1 month earlier) by two independent companies and what I found out was HORRIBLE. My site was down for hours and weeks I do have screenshots to prove it. When I asked the owner (Joseph) what's going on, I only got arrogant and cynical answer and zero solution. That was the last drop and I started my own site using WP. Unfortunately prior to this , also last month, I just started promotion and marketing. So, obviously, I lost, I had to create my own site, do all over gain all the descriptions etc etc. (btw: the site is running, but has some hick ups. Can't figure out the paying field as I don't expect anyone to pay thousands dollars via PP. Only thing the site needs is, when you click on domain that you are interested in, form will come up that will pull in the domains name and the price and option for an offer. That would be awesome and will open market for domainers. BTW: it's important how the website looks like with logos and full descriptions, but the most important factor is once you finish populating your portfolio, then go to registrar and forward URL to the new page for each domain. When someone types the domain name, then it will take him directly to your specific domain (landing page). That was the sole factor what sold my 8stars,com domain and not DNhat script. BWT: the SEO with that script is mission impossible, many factors are missing and even after 10 months that I was with DNhat, none of my domains show up in Google. I can only issue big warning - stay away from DNhat!

I just visited via Chrome and site was up.

You may need to flush DNS settings in Dos command prompt. If that doesn't work, contact your ISP

Now it is, I cancel the hosted version and created my own on my server, and it works... Just have to do some adjustments.

It's unfortunate that your website is compromised and riddled with malware. Contrary to the false message you're trying to push across, DNHat plays no role in the security breaches on your website or your website being blacklisted by multiple online site security scanners.
All domains/marketplaces powered by DNHAT and/or hosted on DNHat servers do NOT have security breaches.

Your domain/website was having those security issues many months earlier (see screenshot below) before you moved it to DNHat's server on 7 Aug 2019, i.e. (2019-08-07).

For over ten months of using DNHat's services, no single security incident, real or imaginary.
You left DNHat's services on 22 Jun 2020, i.e. (2020-06-22). and went solo - to Wordpress hosting/CMS. And came again the red flags. See shots below:

Recommendations:
Before you invite visitors to visit your website with link bait, using NP platform, make sure you have addressed the security issues. Should your visitors' computer(s) get compromised due to your negligence, you may find yourself in soup. It's of paramount urgency. Address the issue now!

Partly true. Among the challenges we tackle is capacity shortage, largely due to unexpected influx of new sign-ups. Server downtime is another headache. I personally explained this to you and repeatedly apologized. It's the nature of internet. No server can be 100% uptime all the time.

Nonetheless, your site was never down for weeks. That's exaggeration. Here was the real situation:
Going against our TOS, you inserted unverified codes to monitor your site. This codes ping our server every minute and send out data to an unknown third-party destination, complicating the problem of capacity shortage mentioned above. Since the codes were not authorized or whitelisted, the security measures we have in place blocked them, which trigger server inaccessibility in your account stats with the third-party free monitoring services you were using.

We monitor our servers and know exactly what is happening on them. For the month in question, cumulative downtime was about 30 minutes. By industry standard that's within tolerance of the guaranteed 99,99% - which is Monthly: 43m 49s downtime.

Sure, you're free to migrate to any other platform or services. But if you calculate your present cost (and future cost and time) compared to the cost of $7.5/month you were paying for DNHat services, you'll discover it's more economical to stay with DNHat.

- Full blown domain marketplace powered by DNHat software
- Custom domain name;
- Landing page analytic
- Business Email account;
- Isolated database for each account;
- SSL certificate;
- Round-the-clock Firewall.

All for $7.5/month is a bargain price very hard to match.

Concerning google indexing - long before you migrated to DNHat, your domain/website was blacklisted by several security monitoring engines, including Google Safebrowsing.
(see my previous post above).
Resolve the issue and everything will be ok.

This is of little importance. Make your website safe for browsing and don't expose visitors to avoidable hazards.

"It's unfortunate that your website is compromised and riddled with malware" Really?
That's interesting, as I was on your hosted plan and your server for 10 months, and I don't have access to anything except uploading my logos, creating descriptions and creating categories.
Full access to server and any additional functions have only YOU . So, how you explain that?

Perfect BS and excuses. I would be a shame if I had even few minutes server down and not 44 minutes as you already specified. Beside that you were rude and attacking me and trying to tell me it was down only 5 minutes and now is 44 minutes. Obviously getting mixed up in your own lies.

Attaching image from one provider (DM-monitor.jpg) how long my site was down (read the times and dates). No wonder i could not connect (see dm-down.jpg)

Only got cynical answer WHEN you decided to answer. (have them as well)

$7,50/month or even free your service it's not worth it.
Since then I found supper hosting service (after research) with ALL the bells and whistles for fractional of your price. For 3,99/month I got:
10GB SSD Storage Space
Unlimited Bandwidth
cPanel Control Panel
Turbo Charged with LiteSpeed
CloudLinux & Multiple PHP Versions
One-Click Installs
UK Servers & Expert 24/7 Support
Free Automatic Daily Backups
Free Migration
Free SSL Certificates

They even migrated the site over (just few hick ups with email setting) and it's running. Then I made my own site using free WP theme and plugins. The site is virus free, load fast, secure and running (BTW: support is awesome as well). That's what I expected from you, but never got it.
I am own master and have FULL control over my site for fraction of yours.

So, anyone is thinking it's mission impossible, have a look mine and you will see it's possible to get your site running with minimal cost and be effective. Just don't forget to forward your domains at your registrar to your news site. I believe that is the most important factor to sell your domain. I sold one domain exactly like that. The guy typed the domain name and my landing page show up. After initial offer we agree on five figure. It had nothing to do with DNhat. Actually I was very lucky, that server was not down that exact moment. Scary thought !

My site is safe, my server is safe. I did check with about 20 different online scripts. Only McAfee and 2 more showing malware due to cache, but it will be soon removed from them as well.
KEEP in mine, I was on YOUR server and using YOUR script. Hint :)

No point comparing apples and oranges.
DNHat is SaaS offering full-blown domain portfolio management and marketplace setup. It's turn-key, hosted on dedicated servers (or, if you have the means, you can purchase the software and go self-hosted). A few hours after setup and your marketplace is up and running.

You copy-paste what your ISP is advertising and take it as gospel truth. How naive!!!!
Sorry to bust your bubble. What you have now is cheap shared hosting services, with more than 300 domains/websites on the same server, sharing same server resources with you. So your unlimited bandwidth claim is fallacy and illusion.

Security status of your website is and will always be at risk. You can read why
and how from independent sources:
https://webhostingproviderlist.com/guides/benefits-drawbacks-shared-hosting-plans/
https://wemanagewebsite.com/blog/disadvantages-shared-hosting/

You can also learn the difference and cost between DNHat SaaS and naked hosting: https://dnhat.com/pricing.php#comprtbl

Finally, your new-found perfect solution will still never have 100% uptime - I'm assumming that's your major reason for leaving DNHat (and not some other hidden agenda).

Really?
Then why were you begging, pleading and then blackmailing us to install self-hosted version of DNHat for you on your isolated website?
The self-hosted version costs $329. You knew that.

Here are excerpts from your message to us (with your failed blackmail attempt):

Site is down actually for awhile (its' monitored), and not for 5 minutes. My site was down and yours was working (same as now).
....
I would hate to leave you as I know I can be great asset and help. As you know competition in your field is tremendous ...

My proposal is:
Go with self-hosted plan on my server (wave the price and charge me just for installation)
...
There is number of issues which I was going to go over with you and make some suggestion to make the script better, but I had big issues in the mean time.

My Laptop crashed because of hardware, so I had to buy new home pc, then setup the whole thing again, the 2 issues was my sever. They increase the price 100% so I moved to another one. There I had to adjust and setup many files and email. Finish the whole saga this week. Then I found out about my site. When it's raining, it poring! Everything at once.

Please let me know please as soon as you can..........
You can even call me (Telegram.org) is great

George

I've told you time and again, we will NEVER succumb to blackmail. Just exactly what you are trying to repeat here in public. It won't work. NEVER.

I am sure you will be kicking around some dust, you have to. Have to look good and get some business.
I am just end user, who was VERY unhappy with your service (even asked for refund after only two weeks. Must say, that you had no problem with the refund and offer me to stay as tester for free (if you don't remember, I have the email). I did not collected the refund as I was hoping that it will get better. It did, but then I go advised from HP members that my site had malware, then I also find out that my site was down most of the time, plus bad communication did not helped either. Don't waste time to attack me, it make no sense. Spend your time on improvements. (still have few to make - trust me).

Because you charge $329 it does not concerned me (it's hardly worth it). They are many nice hosted domainer scripts out there and much less expensive then yours. Do you like me to name them here?
That's why I offer you a solution, with install option on my server as I could not trust your and was willing to help you. I am just end user, not a tech guy like you, but sometimes you don't see the forest trough the trees. Your script has a potential, but need more tuning and more options. One of them is horrible SEO potential, etc.
I was under impression that my refund was still active, even after 9 months as I give you some input and fell like a tester. I guess, I was wrong. Anyway, you had my $90 bucks and I had shitty service. To have your script installed on my server, I was still taking chances and it wouldn't hurt you. I even tell you I would pay the install cost. But no way, I would stay with the hosted plan. When I got your arrogant answer I left soon after and found better solution (and much less expensive was just a bonus). Yes, it could be done.
I have no problem ventilating all the facts here at all. I don't get hurt, you will and it was not my intention,
That's why I made you that offer and was never a black mail - you know that. Think about it (but little late now). I was the one again, who was taking the chances, not you.

Yes, it's still my concern. I reached the 3 that showing malware and asked them to be removed. They promised they would as my site don't have any crap on it. I have emails from them to prove it (Yes, McAfee as well). I don't really understand why 1 show malware and 2 show phishing and other 20 shows DomainsMeca.com as safe site! BTW, even Google have me as a clean site! You welcome to check:
https://transparencyreport.google.com/safe-browsing/search?url=domainsmeca.com&hl=en

I can only think, why I ever got on the black list (and newer new that), was, that I was using another crappy script for domains. That's why I finally decided (thanks to you as well), to make my own site and on my server. Yes, I am on share hosting (Hostworld), but you know that already and I am happy. It's fast and support is great and no virus. That's all I wanted. Regarding the cache - the guys for Fortinet told me that. He also told me that they take the info from McAfee.
McAfee and Kaspersky they both promised the would change the status to clean (have their emails).
Are you happy now, or should I publish their emails? ;)? You know ell, I would never run any malware on my site, I wouldn't even know how......or what for. Only thing I know, that I facing few attacks on my site, but so far so good. did not get penetrated. BTW, Microsoft give me clean status as well!! What a mess to clean up!
