legal The UK Tax Office - HMRC Wins WIPO Case for COVID Domain

Not often that I will applaud HMRC, but this time I must say totally approve of their action.

Had a few runs in with them in the past - they can be very helpful or an incredible pain in the arse

Have they tried to buy?
Give up because the price is too high?

@Mytz.com - My understanding is that HMRC has a strict policy of not 'buying' domains they consider infringe the TM, especially reinforced when it is possible (likely) to be registered as a fraudulent site.

Why would they try to buy such a blatant infringement domain? Getting it was as easy as filling in a template complaint and waiting for the non-response.
