GoDaddy Premier services benefits?

Hello all,

I've had a Premier Services agent for years but recently my account fell below the threshold to retain the service. I've always renewed the names myself. What other benefits does having a Premier Service account offer us? The only one I've seen is my agent can run certain reports for me which were slightly helpful. Am I missing benefits now that I've fallen below threshold?

Once I accepted DomainBuy service offer. By some reason, the buyer - who paid promptly - initiated the domain transfer from 2 different registrars at the same time. GD auctions team never provided a clear answer as to what of 2 requests should I approve. Instead, they closed my auctions account, since I failed to deliver the domain (obviously). It took a lot of time of my gd rep. to finally fix the things, and I could not do this myself and auctions team was unresponsive.

As a side note - how many domains / spending do they require now? I'm asking because I'm routinely transferring domains in- and out-, without taking in account the premium thresholds...

Wouldn't my renewal rates be higher without DDC?

I did not bother to ask my premium rep. about .com discounts, as ddc rate is already almost "at cost". But, historically, this department was able to arrange some discounts on other products.
