I just chatted with support...

They said no limit...but need credit card for first transaction and PayPal can be used later on...

No restrictions or special charges after 60 day lock to transfer out...

I thought I will go ahead with at least 20 names...but I don't have credit card...so no deal for me...

Surely you can, somehow they have a complicated interface which is not easy to figure things out easily, even if you want to change nameservers you will take a little time and some clicks from here and there to figure that out, but yeah you can transfer out

If you want to use PayPal, load account credit.

Go to: billing & account > manage payment.

They'll use your credit for generated invoices if sufficient.

Yes, and push by using the authcode if I'm not mistaking. I think I last used them in 2014 so they may have changed the process but it can be done easily.

It's a reputable company.
