Hi All!
I developed SellSideProjects.com over the past 48 hours; after my experience of trying to sell a side project. I've found that there are 3 main options for selling websites (Flippa, Empire Builders, and Investors.club). Long story short, unless you're selling your project for big dollars, you'll be consumed by listing fees and commissions. Also, two of these sites have revenue minimums that your websites might not meet, especially if you are selling a content-based site or blog. The alternative to these sites are Facebook groups, but these are unorganized.
So, I decided to build SellSideProjects.com which allows entrepreneurs to list their websites or domain names for free and provides a marketplace for the projects that might not meet the requirements of larger brokers.
