Both are definitely 100% unbiased and professional... any genuine Respondent (including us the domainers) should be happy to see either of them dealing with their case. Not all udrp panelists are equally OK (unfortunately and as a matter of fact). Some are working like mad printers in favor of Complainants ;-()
