According to me, the domains you have listed in .xyz are worthless.

I suggest registering only .xyz which are taken in at least 50 other TLDs and can be used globally.
alfha .club is a typo and typo doesn't work for other TLD than .com (even works very rare for .com now)

.com domains you have mentioned are hard to sell to any end-user or domainer.
All are confusing.

If you are planning to register these names then I will not recommend you to do so.

Captofy.com is good but may require lots of efforts to sell

Unfortunately it means there there is very little likelihood anyone would buy them at any price. So effectively most of those aren't even worth the registration fee.

BettingTypes isn't horrible .. and I'm not 100% sure TenderBasket is completely worthless. I personally wouldn't have bought them though. As for the others, essentially I wouldn't take them even if offered to me for $1.

Sorry .. as I know this sort of thing sucks to hear when you're starting out, but maybe take a step back from buying domains and take a bit of time to learn a bit more. Take time to read as much of NamePros as possible, I also recommend you go back and listen to old episodes of Domain Sherpa (keeping in mind some things have changed over time).

domaindeals.com is completely different to the .club - do not confuse a good 2 word .com with a crap 2 word .club - you need single dictionary words that make sense with the extension to have a chance of a sale

Same for .xyz - again the majority of end user sales in this extension are dictionary 1 words NOT made up brandables....

Yes because Its Domain Deals .com a meaning full 2 words .com and memorable domain.

If we say domainsdealsclub.com it's meaningless and just making a name bigger
same applies to domainsdeals.club and even domaindealsclub.com is available for registration.

there can be no comparison between com and xyz

If you will auction finserv.xyz for $10 then also it's very hard that someone will bid.

Yes you can increase the value - but it is hard work. You will have to develop them and 'make them' worthwhile for visitors to come to the site. However, just having a good site is not enough in itself, you then have to do constant SEO on the site, advertise the site so letting other people know about it, that means doing a lot of social media in relevant groups without spamming those groups. In other words and as I said above - a lot of hard work.

It also has to be said that even if you do all the above and succeed then it is not actually the domain name that is of value but the website.

If you choose to go down the above route then I would suggest pick one main domain to work on, and perhaps two others that you can start working on (more for your sanity than anything else, working on a single domain constantly can be sole destroying with tedium and boredom).

If the site/s succeed then you might be in the position to make money from them and actually invest in either a new name or a domain with a better recognition - normally the top of course being regarded as the .com.

Hope this helps and actually encourages you rather than deflate you.

You need a dictionary one-word domain to buy and sell .xyz to make some profit.

I have registered lots of rubbish domains in the past and learned a lot from them and even sold many rubbish domains to domainers with a $10-$50 margins. But time has completely changed now.

1. Valuate at estibot and nameworth
2. Check past sale of particular keyword at namebio
3. Google about the keyword
4. Search keywords in social media and find how many pages/groups are created for the name you are buying.
5. Always check how many TLDs are taken for the particular keyword you are buying.

Figure these things and price your domains accordingly.
