I complained about this a month or two ago. They changed it to gray locked domains on recent transfers and didn’t tell us at all.

So yes you are unable to push a domain without their ID verification which is a crock and overstepping bigtime.(on non Epik involved sales its not their business who or why you push ). Nobody doesn’t allow internal pushes to be performed by the owner easily during the 60 days except them who has created this new demand for ID.

Is there any reasonable justification for this change, as I don't see any other registrar in industry that applied this!?

I don’t know. They will claim security but its overstepping. If it was about security they could require 2 factor for pushes before 60 days. They just want every customers ID apparently.

Also recently you can’t change your Epik email to your account without contacting support. Previously you could do it on your own.

I have received a reply from Epik support.

According to Epik support there is no requirement for ID on an internal push between accounts.

I am sure Epik will be posting on this thread very soon hopefully clarifying the situation.

They have asked from me ID last time I wanted to push domain that was within internal lock period. Maybe they have changed something now.

Perhaps they have, but hopefully they will be along posting about this very soon just to clarify everything. In the meantime I can only post what they have told me.

They do require ID to disable those gray locks that don’t allow you to push before the 60 days. If you can do it you should be able to at anytime.

Again I repeat I can only state what I have today been told by Epik support by email.

I would suggest that we wait for Epik to now post to clarify the situation. If someone personally thinks something is wrong then might I suggest they contact Epik support directly through their account.

All - I wanted to post here to let you know the following as there seems to be some confusion due to prior posts made here.

1. INTERNAL pushes are allowed and all Epik accounts are enabled to use this feature. Account Verification is NOT required to do this.

2. All Epik Users have the capability to update their email address on their Epik account by logging in - click on Account - View Profile - Email.

3. Domains that reside within Epik and are sold through the Marketplace are automatically delivered to the buyer, even those domains that are less than 60 days old.

Now that the 3rd quarter has just started, is there any possibility of cheap com transfers? I have a bunch of .coms which I'd ideally like to move to Epik but have to initiate the transfer within the next 24 hours...
