What do you think about this domain? Also have studentroo.ms (don't know if that's worth anything).

I think that is actually a very good name. Quite commercial. If you think about developing it then split it into cities, States, even universities and colleges - WORLD WIDE!

I would put the two names together as a package if selling them, if developing then keep the cognitive domain version as a place where students can leave references for the rooms and landlords they have booked through the site. I think this could work out very nicely for you.

Thanks! I see comparable domains with .org extensions going for 2-5k, how much do you reckon I could get for this?

I see this around 1K but I'm going to bet you're going to have a rough time selling it in the 2-3K range. It won't be in high demand.
