@satyadeep singh that's that purpose behind the message. Coz i've heard people talked so much bout parking domains but haven't had any experience on that side domain investing. Ps, let the experts in the house kindly enlighten us. Thanks a million!

They is me and have loads of free tools. Reports well you can compare them as i don't have just one site. The source of the data remains the same relies on api's etc. Various authors all the major seo scripts.

Hi

unless you own the domain, host it, are the registrar, or the ppc company....
then how can you know how accurate the traffic results are?

imo...

Ok @biggie i got that! So, with just domain name, one can't determine that?

Hi

you can do all the checks that anybody recommends,
but unless or until, you park it or host it.... you will never really know.

with experience, for some names, one can look at them and "get a feeling" that it will get some "type-in" traffic.... simply because of the words entailed.

but, if there was a tool that could actually deliver accurate traffic data,
then it wouldn't be free and whoever built it, would prolly take all the premo's and leave the crap for the rest.

imo….

Only network providers or DNS service providers have this data

@dennisok

Your 'best' tool is not going to be free.

You will need to host your domain(s) somewhere and setup a stats report with your host provider.
From the report that you have setup at your host, you can see where your traffic is coming from, and usually figure out what type of traffic it is.
Hosting can cost around 10pm or more. Dreamhost is one popular option that many use, and they have a cheap package for unlimited domains.

@lock as mentioned above has free tools available on his webmaster-tools sites. I don't know how accurate they are, but it's a start if you want something for free.

The data is available to used by third parties by the use of apis provided. I have purchased and installed almost every seo script there is.
