What's your point JB? That the mayor is breaking the law? That seems to be the consensus in the link you provide. The 3rd amendment is not being violated by anyone. But the rights of the National Guardsmen and the hotels owners are being violated by this mayor. The quotes at the bottom make no sense. Especially the praising of the notoriously corrupt crackhead mayors DC has had.
