An option nearly equivalent to that is available under the Options drop-down menu:

• Sort by Likes+Thanks

The only difference is that it does not take dislikes into consideration, but it should include agreements, despite the name of it not including Agree.

Soon, it’s also going to be repurposed a little and renamed to take dislikes into account, as well, so it will be exactly as you described.
