Hi guys
I hope you're doing well
I've two questions

What is the criteria for a name to get high revenues being parked? CPC? Backlinks and Traffic? i've seen domains that doesn't have any of these and get good results. it looks mysterious for me. any thoughts?

My second question is: if i buy a domain related to mobiles for ex, and it has huge traffic and i forward it to my health related website. will it be considered as spam by google and will hurt my website?

Thank you very much

Regarding your second question. A 301 redirect of one domain to another shouldn’t adversely affect your google ranking. It might actually help. Just make sure that the domain you want to forward wasn’t banned from google and that it’s not listed on any spam blacklists.

Thank you Brian for your answer
I had a bad experience with a domain i bougth and that has more than 2 million backlinks. After forwarding it to n affiliate URL. The affiliate company closed my account bcz ok spammy backlinks. Later i disavowed with the help of a webmaster bad backlinks using some tools. I'm waiting now that the disavow works.

About my 1st question related to parking it seems to be a mystery

I forgot to mention bad backlinks. Use google webmaster tools to make sure the backlinks are clean before you forward the domain.

Hi

to your question below...

What is the criteria for a name to get high revenues being parked?

what do you consider high revenues?

About my 1st question related to parking it seems to be a mystery

there is no mystery
you have to have a domain that gets "some traffic" and have ads that visitors will click.
if the visitors are NOT looking for.... what they see othe page, then they won't click

and whatever the advertiser pays for that click, then you get a percent....after parking company get their share.

so... figure it out
the more visitors you have that are looking for specific product or service,
and the more your ads are related to what they are looking for....
then it's more likely your click rate will be higher or CTR
and therefore you may earn some $.
but again, depends on how much advertiser pays for that keyword click or EPC

for instance, at parkingcrew on 26th on May
etv.org 7 visitors 1 click $ 5.82 revenue

all clicks aren't that high, but those once in a while one's, are nice

imo...

I have a new question guys
If a parked domain gets natural traffic (type-in traffic) will it rank higher in google search pages as a search result ?
Thank you again
