sir. what kind of nonsense actions and email I get from yer support about some domain suspension where u take away my domains and suspend them.. and all I do ever is just park alll my names at bodis like millions of other domains are parked there.. will u just randomly blindly for no reason keep deleting domains from epik accounts from yer clients.. with no issues at all with domain.. telling people to go fix a problem somewhere that cannot be fixed because it does not exist there... in fact both of these domains below i had reregistered with u this year.. and I had it on 2 different registrars beforehand.. never had issue iwth it there.. and it was also ever just parked at bodis.. so i am forced to conclude epik has an easy trigger for tkaing away and banning peoples domains.. same ones they pay u money for. i would ask to kindly stop this nonsense.. before people start moving their biz elsewhere... or me at least... thanks.

maybe if other registrars aren't so easily sending round those notices to clients means they are actually doing something to verify those accusations first. with registry. but i guess for you its easier to just forward false accusation to client.

i think im just going to move my names to where i am not falsely accused by the registrars...
instead of wondering which of my names u will email me got suspended tomorrow morning just for having them parked on bodis for 500 years in same old ways i ever do.

The ironic thing here is that Epik is suffering from you exactly what apparently makes you suffer so much.

You've stated a lot of accusations in this thread which simply are not correct. And you've sustained them even after Epik representatives have explained the situation time and again.

I can understand how frustrating this situation can be to you. This kind of things happen from time to time, probably caused by some previous owner activity. It certainly sucks. But accusing Epik of causing this and insisting again and again on it looks unfair and won't help you much.

Try to stay cool and work with Epik representatives to remove the spam flag and recover the names. You'll eventually get them back, just try to stay calm and have some patience.

Registrar doesn't matter at all.
serverHold from Afilias is common on all their TLDs... Usually they rely on various 3rd-party blacklists.

And regarding Spamhaus DBL...
After lookup - follow their instructions to delist your domains.

Hey @alcy I know it can be surprising to get one of these. Trust me when I say that Epik staff defend your domains with tooth and nail. I handle several threats per month from people who come demanding the domain from the registrar. Sufyan has his hands completely tied here. The CAN-SPAM laws are in play here and it is very much backwards. You are automatically guilty and the burden of proof is put on your side of the table. Totally unfair, in my opinion.

Hang in there, try to come to our side of the table so we can cooperate and get your domains back please.

From my experience with Namecheap and Afilias - serverHold removal takes up to 1 week.
Had ~15 victims.

im not accusing anyone. im the one being accused. falsely. the title of this thread was made by mods when they moved my posts from epik promo thread. i'd have worded it differently.

i think i said it enough times that I simply do not wish to be falsely accused and falsely lose my names. no one does. i can understand how this is registry's fault, but that does not change fact domainers pay the price and false accusations.

my point is that even if small guy like me restores his names from these false accusations, the problem of falsely accusing will continue from registry for many more times. therefore I would like to ask epik to step into this and solve this issue at registry level. registry wont listen to small guy to fix this issue permanently, but they will listen to epik.

so this is not abiout epik helping me restore my 2 names... its about the problem at top level that results in false accusations,. it needs to be fixed. and I am asking epik to help fix it. ty.

in case u missed it, im the one who has been falsely accused.. i think your compass is pointing in wrong direction.. either way, blame games can go on forever..but its best to do something about it and fix problem at source. which is registry. so people never get these false accusations again. I can't do it. im too small. but epik can bring it all to registrys attention. these false accusations simply cannot continue and falsely make domainers lose names.

it is unaccpetable. and im under impression epik is not understanding it is unaccptable and cannot continue. they just send email to people like me and do nothing to fix it at source.

please epik, do what needs be done with registry so false domain suspensions and accusations of domainers never happen again. will you? @DanSanchez

to all people who do not see a problem here, to receive false accusations and have your names suspended... well.. you are all either mad, or u simply never had it happen to u.

ty but i thnk u all miss point. its not just about this incident... its about possibility or abiity of registry to falsely accuse and suspend names... due to i am not sure what.. so i will call it a bug... and you basically just passing on these false accusatioins and suspensions, without trying to point out to registry there is issues that need fixing. its not about what happened to me or my 2 names.. its about potential of this contuning to happen to anyone.. at any time.. for basically any domain. if u do not see the gravity of what I am trying to say here, then Im out of words.

I didn't miss the point. The processes apply to all registrars. I stay away from .info for this reason and others.

Here is what I said:

This Afilias practice/policy is not new...
My 1st victim I got in April'2019.
And absolutely all domains were blocked silently (without any notification), I detected them myself.
So after all those adventures - now I recheck my domains monthly.

Radix also blocks their TLDs using 3rd-party BLs...
I recently regged some dropped .online - and it was blocked silently within few hours, because it was listed in SURBL.
