I'm selling an online business with over 3,300 subscribers in the personal finances market. The domain name, FinanciallyUnchained.com, is included in the sale and has been registered for around a year.
The business comes with 15 apps I made, which have the goal of collecting subscribers. When an user installs an app, he/she is asked to enter their e-mail address. The email address is automatically added to the subscribers list. I made the apps in January and there were around 700 new users then. There were 1,000 new subscribers in February and now there are over 60 new subscribers per day.
How to make money?
It's simple. Just promote affiliate products (such as those from ClickBank) via the e-mail list. You can also write a book related to personal finances and promote it, keep creating apps, create your own personal finances product, etc... There are many options and this is the perfect place to start.
Revenue
I attach a screenshot with current revenue. I've been sending an e-mail about every other day, and profit has been $126.76 over the past month.
How to Increase Revenue?
Just keep growing the e-mail list. Keep growing to improve your relationship with the list. Try different things.
My asking price is $1,790 and it includes the following:
The 15 apps I made. They all use public domain content. Here are some of the apps:
- The Richest Man in Babylon. Has over 800 installs and an average rating of 4.88.
- The $1,000 Savings Challenge App.
- The Wealth Affirmations
- The Compound Interest Calculator
Some of the apps are just starting to pick up traffic, so I expect that installations will continue to increase. From the app there's a link to different affiliate products. Around a third of the sales come from those links.
