But Grandma gets the last laugh, as the celebrity trainer is now divorcing. Guess who won't be needing that name anymore!

The irony is that truly that name is "gone" via the divorce settlement. The bitter taste of using your ex's last name overpowers any existing branding. Not sure what is her maiden name.

If fitness HeidiPowell changes her name back to HeidiLane, does grandma HeidiPowell have an legal recourse to reclaiming the domain back? Perhaps if not via UDRP, maybe an appeals court?

I don't think so. I believe all appeals were exhausted. BUT it'd be a fun moment if "Grandma" filed a UDRP!

Someone bought heidilane. It’s in privacy so not sure who the buyer is. My very educated guess says that if the fake Heidi Powell wants the domain, she’ll have to give the real Heidi Powell her domain back

I sent her this 4 days ago, I guess she won't respond anytime soon. This case totally enraged me honestly. It was my white rhino and I pledged to Heidi the domain will be hers once again.
