So, Yes, you can register as long as your registration is not in the same business class as an existing registration. Trademarks are only valid against actual competitors, not other businesses in different fields that don’t compete with you. So your restaurant, for instance, can be named after a movie.

So you can build a website that is not completing with any trademark.

I know that, its about bad faith and usage. So who did you plan on selling it too or were you going to develop it? Just curious as its an odd word to develop and an even stranger extension.

I agree that The extension is Country-code second-level domain extension. Not common.

But the name is five words pronounced easy and clear.
