It's a tough one, but you have to read it through a few time to realize it actually doesn't make grammatical/linguistic sense. I may ask some about a "Dentist" in Mexico or I may ask about a dental procedure - as kids Orthodontist or Dental Practice in Mexico that specialize in something.

But you really cant say do you know good dental in Mexico. There are certain ways you can argue that is used or close enough - but when it comes to Branding, the moment you have to make a case (to yourself) as to why it works - it doesn't work.
