The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Do your research of The company in question and get leads. Make a list of the important people at it you should email and send an outbound letter.

Their position should determine what type of outbound letter you should send.

For example if I am out bounding to a junior developer at the company (which mostly not adviceable, and should be a last resort) I will ask them to connect me with the decision maker at the said company.

Some cool tools you can use to generate leads include snov.io streak techcrunch LinkedIn etc

It will work you just won't get the price you want unless they approach you. Why not rank something in search engines assuming generic.

i think my question was a bit vague so here is some more information the website on whois shows an icentric Corporation Domain management contact yet i can't seem to find the project on there website so it might be an old one.
The only email i can find on the company is the CEO
should i contact him the same way i would contact the marketing team on the company ? or take a different approach ?

Have you thought about just giving the company a phone call? If the company has 'staff' then the likelihood is that you will get a receptionist or secretary or at least a junior member of the company. Introduce yourself to them and just ask if the company has a marketing department or marketing director and if so their name and position so that you can write to him/her.

Sometimes the straightforward and easiest solutions are the best. At worse it will cost you the price of a phone call.

Good luck, hope it works out for you. (y)

Hi,
I would suggest you to search them in LinkedIn using their company name & you would certainly find all the employees or atleast top management there.
Invite them to your network , add them & send a introductory message.
Once you get connected , send them the details & you would definitely get an answer either positive or negative.

I usually use Linkedin to connect to m target audiences.

Hope it helps.

I contacted some of the top management but no reply so i think there is no interest
in this case i think a broker can sell it sadly this business is badly in need for brokers for mid-low level domains but it seems like unless you have 100000$ domain no one is interested

As far as I know, while searching for a software development company, most of the businesses go for the years of experience they have, the number of clients they have, the costing of the whole development projects, etc. etc... But for me, one of the most important things in their development approach. I mean how they initiate and carry on the software development process is more important. Because, if the software development company is following the agile methodology, it is the best kind of approach they are into. However, there are other things like pricing of the entire development, customization, and integration process.

Although, there is one more thing, the pre-development process. If the software development company assists us in analyzing our business requirements, technical as well as functional, it would be the best for my organization. Most importantly, I will look for the development team and their experience.

Whenever a company feels that they cannot handle their business processes manually and facing so many challenges while managing their business functions, they should go for the business management software/ERP software. But the question is from which company they should go for the implementation of the software.

First of all, you need to do good research of the companies and always keep some factors in mind, such as pricing, implementation approach, how many projects they have delivered successfully, client satisfaction rate, etc.

Now, you make a list and compare all the factors and then go for the best one. For example, you have shortlisted three companies, the first one is offering all the applications you need and costs you more than two other companies. The second one is providing simple software with no additional features as per your needs, but their pricing is a lot lesser than the first one. And now the last one, this company offers you all the functionalities and features you need to manage your business functions and the prices are neither so high nor so cheap, it is in between both the company's prices. Now the question is, which company you will choose, it is so obvious, you will go for the last one. Always make smart decisions when it comes to your business efficiency and growth.
