(Repost cause I mispelled the title)
.com. Obviously as 4 words it's quite long. Nameworth and estibot have values a lot higher than most of my other names however - $24,500 and $1,400.

14,800 broad monthly searches with $1.17 CPC. Worth keeping and building something out of it? It's a bit catchy, and after the virus is over I have a feeling the real estate market is going to bounce back strong.

Thanks in advance

"Homes for Sale" is the more commonly searched phrase.

With "search," it's a little long, but I think the bigger issue is that most people go straight to sites like Zillow, Redfin, and Trulia, and they have a corner on the real estate market, in terms of SEO.

A lot of realtors and lead gen companies use targeted GEO names...BUT a quick Google search (using the whole term in quotes) brings up a few companies who are using the term prominently in their homepage, or are using terms like "in Florida" tacked on to the end.

That's a good sign. It might be that this is a little too generic to appeal to some people whose business is limited to a specific geographic area, but it's worth a shot.

You may be able to one of the companies that does lead generation, or a larger real estate company. It will probably take a lot of outbound emailing and calling. I'd start with the people who are using this exact term in their existing domain.

Mid XXX, maybe low-to-mid 4-figures for the right buyer.
