Pros: It's short, easy to pronounce, and memorable.
Cons: It's limited as a brandable to companies that specifically would specifically want that name AND the .TV extension, which is something you'll probably be waiting around a long time for. It isn't "liquid," meaning it doesn't have enough commercial value to be immediately sold. Beyond the definition you posted above, it's also a female name (but there's another, more popular spelling, "Rosie").

It looks like there a few companies using the name (salon software; a technology-based solution for women with low libido, etc.). Are any of these companies whose product/message fits with .TV? Unlikely, but it's possible.

It's not a bad name. It's very short, and is a real word, with positive appeal. But it's one that may sit for a while before you get a decent offer.
