Hi Everyone,

I would love to know what do you enjoy reading on the domain blogs, what don’t you enjoy reading about and what do you think is missing from Domain Blogs?

Thanks in advance for your assistance and taking the time to leave a reply.

Sales, verified sales, after vet the high ones. Too many sales are shrouded in secrecy. This helps our industry, let’s change the narrative & stop this selfish “buy my silence” nda culture. We have namebio, but they report data given, Michael cant do it all need blog look into sales. DNW gives best explanation, no one’s better.
End-user sales are fascinating. Bring more :)

The inflexibility of seasoned .com veterans to see that there is a new world order in town.

Long live the King. Not if half the new world is a republic.

Slowly, slowly catchy domain monkey. By 2030 .com will no longer be King. There may even be a new Queen.

There may be no Royalty at all. The past is not always a good measuring tool for the future.

I'd like to read more about difficult negotiations in sales, and websites that got built on your domains. How names get used is important.

niche sector topics, we have a very good niche domain section here but it would great to have some blogs written on the subjects and ones not covered..

Websites developed
Domains registered
Future potential
Past sales
Expert opinion
Developments within the niche industry
Etc

What I really don’t want to read any more of is blog posts disseminating inaccurate hourly unemployment benefits paid by states “regardless of your job,” or how employees are “pissed they have to come back to work” because they were “doing nothing for double pay.” Or how employers all received a paycheck protection check.

Yeah - You won’t see that on Robbiesblog.com

Hi

Whats missing?

some eye candy.... something that's going to make me salivate like one of Palov's dogs

not a headline conceived for the eye, that's hiding some tired, rehashed, same folks already heard about over and over or the who cares anymore, what's the point, type of writing.

don't wanna see no glamourizing or pedestalizing, don't wanna be herded like no sheepa in any particular direction.

I wanna damn near smell the dirt, if and when it needs digging or turning over.

puff puff....

wanna see the worms exposed, the bugs that lie underneath and still be able to read the writings about growth and opportunities. :)

just saying....

imo….

Finally see a person with vision:xf.grin: the king will remain but kingdom will fall, lol. And that’s totally fine when you get denied.

From visitors point of view, there is one thing I do not want to see. Excessive advertising. A blogger is not a charity, I understand, but... For God's sake, please select good and reputable advertisers. When I see banners of fake hosting review websites. or of hosting companies that should not be touched. Or of an escrow company that should not be touched with a ten foot pole. It makes me immediately lose respect to the blogger ;-()

Thanks, Tony, Blogging isn't easy or profitable that's for sure... We don't have a single paid advertiser on RobbiesBlog.com - We mainly use affiliate links to earn a little (& I do mean a little) if you click through on some of our posts.

I think you do need to bear in mind those who blog full-time (not myself) but others do need to earn some money and I am confident my fellow bloggers, vet all paid advertisers before they allow them to be shown on their blogs, but I agree in this industry we can't let certain company advertising dollars influence legitimacy.

What about other platforms too not just GoDaddy?
I actually never used any other one apart from GoDaddy.
It will be a learning experience for all of us if that can be shared here as well sir
