I there purchased half a year ago and want it sold more than $20.
In bargain section only $20 max price limit om domains.

Make offer, or usual marketplaces.
Point to epik and list it there. epik is the best ever and the ceo is here at namepros

On epik marketplace my domain is not but on others is. i would be listed it to NameJet but if domains were selected there, domains need to move to Enom account which I don't have and dont want to have. it stop me.

I think this information is incorrect, @Samer. Biz are adding premium first year sales, but the transfer and renewal are standard. In fact the very article you cite says

Now it is true that for virtually every TLD except .com and .net there is no cap on future increases, but it is not that some .biz will have premium renewal pricing.
