You can easily find that kind of work on Web Developer Discord server or on a site like upwork.com to find a developer for a reasonable price to make a static site - or a Wordpress one.

Whatever you want, they can make one. They all have wildly varying levels of skill and therefore, costs. If you can clearly communicate what you want they can pull it together.

Before I start work with clients on projects like this, I like for them to pick out at least 3 other sites they personally like or would like theirs to look like. It gives a great insight into their vision overall and what changes they would likely be receptive to.

@itsnexgen Basic (and cheap) website development is available from a lot of websites like fiverr.com if all you want is something that looks nice.

From experience, it is easier to build traffic with a site that is built from the beginning with SEO in mind. You shouldn't have to pay more than $500 for a simple website design like that, which you can manage and extend after it is begun for you by a pro... although that depends on how much functionality you want it to have in the beginning and how much time you are able to invest once it is started.

Web design, SEO and marketing are my background, although I have not worked for domainers in particular. My specialty in the past has been to work for small business owners. I am curious what you decide to do and what rates you discover? I hope you post an update as I could learn something useful that might inform whether or not I decide to develop my design and SEO business in that direction.

I think, I wasn't clearly put the question. I was looking for ideas based on my domains. Was trying to find people who can give ideas and suggestions as freelancers. Not sure, what they are called as.. I myself can do web development, that not a problem though. I want to get creative ideas.

@itsnexgen Freelancing covers a wide range of services. Instead of development, maybe you want logo and design work? Or Copy Writing? Or true help with brainstorming ideas, market segmentation, target market messaging - maybe these are more like Consulting?
