Help: DaddyWallet.com not showing in my GoDaddy Account

Bought the domain from Expired Auctions at Godaddy on 06 December 2019
Last checked the domain a month ago.
Suddenly cannot find it in my GD account.
Did not get any mail of been sold in any marketplace.
GoDaddy representatives are not available on phone.

Did you list it with for fast transfer at any marketplace? There are instances of sellers not getting emails but found it to be sold later. Check your spam folders for any related emails.

What platforms? It's not listed on GoDaddy, Afternic, or Sedo.

Also, the Updated Date: 2019-11-08T16:14:46Z is before you bought it. Are you positive you ever had the domain? Maybe the previous owner reclaimed it.

So how it can came to clouseout and it's also not showing the update of my purchasing date..
When ever you pay the amount for the auction or clouseout domains you can see the update but here is something wrong normally I delete all the mails of domain related but unfortunately it's left

Again I checked on my godaddy account Manny and with keyword of daddy and wallet to but my domain is not present theire

type the domain in your email search box
you'll get all the emails related,
you may have missed a few of them

I didn't mis any email i deleted read msgs..
And i submited the proof of my purchased and transfer you can chek the comments

Did you pay for it using Paypal? If so, go into your account there and look around the dates you mention, to see if you were refunded by Godaddy.

It looks like the former owner reclaimed it.

It was transferred to me and I have submitted the record on comment and I have paid via my debitcard

If you strongly believe the whois is inaccurate or incomplete, submit a request at
https://forms.icann.org/en/resources/compliance/complaints/whois/inaccuracy-form
As the domain still appears to be with GoDaddy, they will take adequate steps.

Can they take the domain back after it's already transferred? Many times they cancelled my closeout purchase and refunded the money but it always happened before the domain was added to my account, never after that.

In the future, do not delete emails. Keep them.

None of your screenshots establishes that you ever had the domain. Not saying you didn’t but those screenshots do not establish that.

The domain is listed for sale on Afternic but that doesn’t establish anything either.

So the domain took some time to appear in your account because you bought it on GD Auction/Closeout? Is this what happened?

When I first saw that name I thought it could be a GoDaddy Brand. Perhaps it disappeared because GoDaddy Operating Company, LLC wanted the name for themselves

But then they decided it would look bad if they tried to take it after the fact.

OP says the domain was purchased on 6th Dec 2019, It shouldn't take so long for transfer.

Yes he said that, but did you see the attachment he attached? It is the email you get when a domain you purchased through auction/closeout is delivered to your account. So that is why I asked.
