I don't think that someone has started a thread for various people to list domain names in the expiry stream at NameLiquidate. I know there are individual threads, but I mean one thread that various people can contribute to.

I see this as having two kinds of contributions
  1. Your own names listed at NameLiquidate that you want to highlight
  2. Names you see there listed by others that you think are deserving of a shoutout
While people can post what they want, I think it might be helpful to be somewhat selective and in any one daily post highlight a limited number as opposed to simply listing all that you have in the expiry stream there.

Bob

PS There is a separate thread to give feedback on the name liquidation platform, with suggestions for improvements, so let's keep this thread specifically on listed domain names.

reserves well under the default:
Thanks for your list! Do you mean over the default - like I think $9 is minimum, unless it changed, but you mean it will close above that, right? Or do I misunderstand.

The default reserve is now $69. You can alter this to a minimum of $9 (or if course higher if you wish).

Thanks @NicTraders had not realized the change in default.

Here is my list of liquidation picks from today. None of these are mine, or do I even know who the sellers are. There are of course tons more great names. I try not to list the same name in two different reports, and try to include a variety of types of names in each daily report.
  1. PowerUniverse .com This 16 yr aged could find use either in power in the electrical sense, or power in the sense of building up your skills or outlook.
  2. FMFX .org I don't know the recent 4L .org market well, but both FM and FX are well-known acronyms, so the combination is easily remembered.
  3. swimming-lessons .co.uk Is descriptive, 20 year aged, for reference or coach/lessons site.
  4. Labrador .group While market supposedly restricted to Labrador region of Newfoundland and Labrador in Canada, this resource-rich region might have a user who likes this new extension.
  5. hispanic .space A large number of nice .space extension domain names have just been listed. This one attracted my attention for social media, language learning, translation, regional promotion, travel, etc.
  6. BestProperty .net A descriptive 19 year aged name.
  7. BidSplash .com This 12 year old name nice for some kind of splash-ad business or network based on a bid for space model. Two simple easy-to-remember words.
  8. SEOcircuit .com Not surprising this has been registered for 12 years. Circuit sets some limitations on type of use, but still tons of possibilities coupled with high-value SEO acronym.
That's it for me - what are your picks? Why not share them here?

Tip: Looking for an easy way to find all the occurrences of a TLD? You can, of course, use the Filters button, but even simpler just e.g. make your search criteria .space to show all the domains in that TLD currently in liquidation.

Inventory has dropped to just 609 domains. Here are a few I spotted today:

Seige .co - ends in under 24 hours. Maybe a nice domain for a hostage negotiator, which indeed may be required Colombia from time to time. ;)
EURforex .com - decent for a Forex broker in Europe.
TechTalks .info - I'm not into .info, but this one may be OK for someone.
go-flex .com
PredictAndWin .com - has a bit of a ring to it for a gambling site?

And some more of mine. Some reserves as low as $9:

WebTemplates.me
ShoppingCarts.biz
WeirdReligions.com - there are plenty of those these days!
HealthGuidePro.com - 9 year old domain. Good one for a Health website or a training program.
Nestado.com - some outbound potential. A fair few results on Google.

I'm a little tired today, so only spent a few minutes coming up with this short list at NameLiquidate currently.
  1. TechTalks .info There are a ton of .info on the liquidation platform currently (well to be accurate not a ton, but 135). This one strikes me as nice for a blogger, writer, influencer, trade pub (note that similar TechTrade .info also available).
  2. frilly .co This seems really cute for some kind of feminine clothing shop to me, or perhaps children's clothing, or some other kind of kid's shop. Of course what do I know about women's clothing shops? Not much. I still find this name very memorable. I see that the sort of similar classy .co sold or $750 and spiffy. co for $550 for comparator sales. Wondered what GoValue would say. About $1000
  3. VL70 .com I don't invest in these mixed-mode com, but I see more 3 to 5C ones selling on NameBio of late. Have not looked into possible meanings of VL and 70.
  4. costume .monster Despite its sparse (I am being kind, as far as I know none) aftermarket sales record in its first year of operation, I think some names like this are cute, and renewal prices are not high. Name costume regged in lots of TLDs, and has sold in a number, e.g. $5k in .net, about $3.6 k in .co.
  5. WikiToons .com Some kind of cartoon sharing and comment site?
  6. BitcoinSleuth .com Pretty memorable name
  7. DollarSandwich .com this 8 yr aged name would make a nice name for a super value end sandwich shop.
  8. Afternoon .space This may take a few moments to get used to, but I really like it as a name for some sort of coffee house, art space. Probably would not sell for high price, but I think a memorable name in .space, a very decent new extension in terms of reputation and some respectable end use. Obviously would also work for a space themed program.
That is it for my picks for the day, but just wanted to point out that NameLiquidate allow posting of domain names that are outside the ICANN and standard DNS sphere, such as the OpenNIC extensions . Currently they show up without any designation that they are alternative, which I think is a mistake that will hopefully be rectified.

I don't know much about alternative domain spaces, but if you see an extension that you don't recognize, be sure to read up on whether it is a standard extension, and if not make sure you know about the limitations of these name spaces. A few of the extensions that you will see are .o, .geek, .truth, .bit etc. but there are many others. Some are OpenNIC, some are associated with crypto coins, and some are independent. There is a NamePros thread here about the .o extension. for example.

The name new .truth is currently on NameLiquidate, and if it was a regular TLD I would for sure have included it in the list. It is a fantastic match across the dot, and someone may decide even in an alternative domain space it is worth a try, so just alerting you to make sure you research it. A number of people registered them without realizing it was an alternative domain space.

Good assortment of almost 1000 names at NameLiquidate, so lots of great names that are not on my list. Why not have a look and share a few of your own picks?

A little tired, but longer post than usual Bob?!.. :)
Nice heads-up for people who aren't aware of alternative extensions. I agree - they definitely should be marked in some way.

A few I noticed today:
eversafe .io
BestProperty .net - aged 19 years
idvj .com - 4L, 7y/o
InvestWorks.net
WordpressClassifieds .com
WordpressSlideshow .com

And a few of my own:
Refrigerators.me - 1-word, registered in dozens of extensions. Estibot: $3,400.
BusinessInvestment.info - works well with the .info extension.
ScaryCrew.com
RealitySexy.com - could use for VR/AR?...

1
•••
A few that I spotted today (not mine):
aratm .com - Augmented Reality ATM?...
BirdAndFeather .com - has a ring to it.
VoiceoverLabs .com - Labs is always a popular suffix. This one is sure to get a bid.

0
•••
And some of my own (all 5L's). Reserves as low as $9.

VPSEZ.com - "VPS" (Virtual Private Server) has huge search volume. Pronounce as ‘VPS Easy’ - a fantastic name for a VPS service. Or pronounce as ‘VP says’ – a great name for sayings, speeches, etc from Vice Presidents!
Enoru.com
DIYLO.com - A good brandable for a DIY or Home Improvement website.
Apeax.com
HIYCO.com - A brilliant name for a company with the initials HIY. Essentially get a 3L domain without the price-tag!
Byphy.com
DieAd.com - What a great short name for an Ad Blocker!

Sorry I missed yesterday, but here is my list from the liquidation platform today, including some well-aged names. None of these are my own names, and I don't know who the owners are. And I have no association with Epik or NameLiquidate. As always, do your own research before any domain investment decision.
  1. SocialConcerts .com Like this 10 yr old domain name for some sort of concert series that also are crowd funding in nature, although other use possibilities exist, including the Zoom choir performances we have been seeing of late. I almost talked myself into taking this one personally :xf.grin:
  2. HealthGuidePro .com A strong and timely, as well as 8 year aged, .com.
  3. verbal .space This new extension name works for translation, language instruction , public speaking, etc. Space is a solid new extension.
  4. HikeNGo .com Nice memorable 6 year old .com. Among my personal favourites on today's list.
  5. statute .io As use of .io broadens, definitely see possible role for this especially in legal or public policy.
  6. BestProperty .net Two word .net are a harder sell than they once were, but this 19 yr old name is in a good area.
  7. SingleStocks .com At 19 years old, one of the most aged names on platform. What do people think?
  8. wheelchair .top A number of .top on the platform currently. Almost all .top use and registrations are in Asia, so even good words not a guaranteed sell, but this strikes me as potentially worthwhile. The extension is inexpensive to renew.
  9. GigaCity .ai While single word .ai are drawing most of the attention, like this as a possible brand. Of course renewals are steep in .ai.
  10. MsDollar .com A budgeting site for women? Or simply memorable brand for loans? I like this 8 yr old name.
  11. VoteBiden .us Surprised this is on liquidation. Some campaign should secure it even if they don't plan to use it.
  12. EUlaws .info Nice descriptive information site name
  13. CrosswordPuzzle .app With the $200,000 shop.app sale to Shopify, and a number of other recent major sales in the TLD, .app is getting renewed attention from domain community. Descriptive name. I did not check if it is standard renewal, so check that if considering, but very nice name. This is an example of where a name can be long, but as long as it is as short as possible to describe the topic, it is essentially short.
Some nice names, in my opinion, in this list. What names have you seen on NameLiquidate? Don't keep them to yourself!

@NicTraders mentioned his BusinessInvestment .info which also was on my radar when I was selecting from the .info on the platform.

Nice to see that this thread has now passed 10,000 views, the third most viewed thread in this section of NamePros :xf.smile:.

Thanks to @DanSanchez and Epik for the NameLiquidate platform! I love that there is a way to liquidate names we no longer feel the love for as much, and get most of the proceeds from the sale, rather than let someone else be the ones to profit when our names expire. The down auction is just the right idea for this, and starts at a value that makes this a reasonable place to liquidate even strongish names.

BiggerChoices .com - Good for a big man's clothes store?
iotoz .com - Perfect name for Internet of Things website for Australia.
CharterBoatRental .com
GigaFactories .com
GlutenBeer .com - might interest someone just for the keywords...
OnlyAmericans .com
WittyNames .com

And two of mine (48 hours remaining):
MultivitaminCapsule.com - Estibot $2,100
PackersJobs.com - Jobs domains always sell well.

Took a bit of a break, but back with a new list. For a bit of a change, I looked only at domains where the ending time is within one day. So act fast if you want any of these! None of these are my own.
  1. IntuitiveInteriors .net Really like that both words start with Int and a fresh feel of this name. Interior decorating big business.
  2. MedicalPromise .com A 4 yr aged name with word medical. Have not delved into potential applications.
  3. adequate .space Nice match across dot in this one. Target is probably interior design or storage solutions, although online storage, hard drives, philanthropy, even physical distancing, might use the term.
  4. medical-symptoms .com Another medical domain name, this one with hyphen. A crowded online area, but also a lot of people looking for information.
  5. TranslateVideo .com Like this 7 year name a lot.
  6. investworks .net Information site or possible brandable in this .net.
  7. VQLL .com Looking for a 4L?
  8. veganism .pw The .pw (professional web) does not find much love in the domain aftermarket, but this term in high popularity and name would work for a writer, blogger, etc. As well as conventional meaning, could tout pw as personal wellness to make a match across the dot.
  9. 00 .fm A 2N in the .fm extension
  10. confession .website The .website extension gets some end use but not many aftermarket sales. This could be a creative name for someone possibly for development or targeted resale.
  11. DIYlo .com This 4 yr aged name starting with DIY and ending with lo making it somewhat memorable, and to me a decent sound when spoken as a brandable.
  12. energy-friendly .com Another hyphenated .com name with memorable word combination
There are a couple of names in this list that I am personally considering putting bids in on, but I won't tell you which ones!:xf.wink: Remember, I look through the lists to see what stands out to me, but that is not nearly enough work to make a decision on an acquisition. Be sure to check all the standard things for yourself.

Idea of this thread is that many heads are better than one! Why not share some of your own picks? Do disclose if they are your own names or not, please.

Just in case any confusion, a new liquidated names promotion service, centered on Twitter. has been announced and it is called DomainLiquidate. That has nothing to do with this Epik owned domain liquidation marketplace, which is NameLiquidate.

NameLiquidate operates as a down auction, with prices decreasing each hour. The lister sets the ending price, which in some (but not all) cases can be as low as $9.

Back up to over 1000 names listed on the auction part of the site.

Have a good day, and stay safe.

Bob

Note the original post had a .net/.com error on #1, now corrected. Apologies.

And my list from today.... none of these are my own names nor do I know who owns any of them.
  1. Mumbai .ai This is a sought extension, like combination with major city. There are also some nice first names with .ai in the list that have branding possibilities I think.
  2. BlueStride .com Blue is one of the more popular colours in branding, and I liked the sound of this name.
  3. AgedMen .com You would probably expect this name to be well aged :xf.cool:, and it is! 19 years.
  4. NewBooks .info If looking for a meaning descriptive .info
  5. uncertain .world What a match across the dot in this one.
  6. statistika .org I have not looked at how often creative spellings in .org are used for branding, but if area that .org works this way I would think statistics and data analytics good possibility.
  7. TeenWeb .net Realize .net not as sought as a few years ago, but this 18 year old name worth mention.
  8. verifier .ai The second .ai on this list, nice word with AI
  9. quadrantly .com This is a dictionary word from math. Clearly quadrant is popular in names, perhaps suggests optimism for quadrantly? I see this name is, or was, listed on SquadHelp.
  10. podcasts .live We all know how big podcast industry is, and the .live makes sense with the word.
  11. JuneIT .com This name closes in less than an hour and is currently at lowest price bracket. Get it NOW if you want it. Like it either as June + IT or June + word it. A popular month in naming. Also of course a first name.
That is it for my picks? What are yours?

Bob

Some I spotted (not mine):
EducatingAtHome .co.uk - wouldn't normally rate it, but it's very topical at present.
Pulpex .com - 'ex' suffice usually goes pretty well.
JEOK .com - 4L.com, 15y/o
TheBeerGuide .com - 13y/o, nice domain.
CryoHQ .com - how many here are into Cryo-therapy?!
SoftTan .com

Sorry for missing a few days, but here are some of the names that caught my eye today. None of these are my own name.
  1. cataracts .info An area where lots seek out information, indicated by the $1800 Estibot on this one. It closes soon, so act if you want it.
  2. TVgems .com Memorable and descriptive 17 yr aged .com.
  3. cottages .us A site to match owners and renters for cottage properties in US, among possible uses.
  4. DNhow .com If looking to set up a help site for the domain name world this 6 yr old short .com might be a good choice.
  5. ICO .biz Initial Coin Offering services one possibility for this short .biz.
  6. ClassActionSuits .org Longer, both in characters and words, seem to sell more in .org than some other TLDs, and this descriptive name would be great for a law firm or clearing house site for class action suits. The name is 7 year aged if that is one of your criteria.
  7. Edinburgh .world A number of strong .world extension names right now, including this one for a well known city. Canadians note that Manitoba also available on NL now.
  8. solva .co Strikes me as a great name for some business. Suggestive of analytics, statistics, data, planning, strategic thinking, AI, etc.
  9. Jason .cc I have not researched how well first names sell in .cc, but Jason has sold in several extensions I see. Memorable name and .cc sales continue to take place.
  10. CostumeStudies .com A 20 year old name clearly has a narrow focus, but to the right user a powerful descriptive name.
I actually had one more that I almost put on list, but thinking about trying to get it for myself:xf.wink:. If I change my mind I will share it in next few days.

With more than 1100 names on NameLiquidate, lots more great choices to begin your research.

Tip: Remember that you can click on any name on NameLiquidate, and it will give you more information such as possibly an Estibot valuation, Alexa rating or advertising revenue if it has been used for monetized parking.

Why not share your list of picks?

I decided for my picks today I would look only at names in a couple of areas that are currently trending, education and health. There are others on NameLiquidate in these areas, but here are some that attracted my attention. Some nice names I think.
  1. EducatingAtHome .co.uk
  2. LearnerTown .com
  3. SimplyHealthFood .com
  4. MedicalInsuranceNews .com

All of the above are not my own. However, I do have a name at NL that is ending in a few hours that I thought I would share. SquadSelfie .com Possible comparator sales SelfieChat ($3530), SelfieKing ($6000), SelfieGuys ($2500), SelfieWorld ($2500), SelfieHunt ($900), SelfieClub ($481), GoSelfie ($280), GoodSelfie ($198), MonsterSquad ($5000), ServiceSquad ($4800), BookSquad ($2000) and StyleSquad ($1225).

In case you missed it, NameLiquidate now have an official social media thread for sharing news and picks.

Even though there is now an official thread, I think there is still a place for NamePros members to share names that they think are worthwhile, or to highlight a few of the names they personally listed on the liquidation platform. So why not share your picks with the rest of us?
