@shojib on namebio there are only 23 .website over $100 and 15 under $100 since 2015. With .us you have 135 over $100 and several thousand under $100 in the past 12 months.
Others in the past year over $100 (under 100 if I looked it up). Remember thousands of domains are sold but never reported on namebio. I got a little curious here so there is a variety. Even though I have a variety of extensions my goal is to ween down to com, org, and select mostly one word info, us and some biz. The math here supports buying a good .com over any other option.
.com 96,000+ ( <$100 343,416)
.net 2815 (19336)
.org 5331 ( 19470)
.info 353 (5943)
.biz 83 (1201)
.io 963 (1536)
.co 390 (1846)
.AI 2293 (1?)
.tv 202 (768)
.de 458 (18)
.cc 285 (929) Seeing more of these in lists like dsad
.asia 3 (929)
.beer 0 (0)
.bet 27 (4)
.email 1 (2) I sold “reduce” for $xx and have “improve” & “clone”
.gg 64 (105)
.golf 0 (sold “simulate” for xx have “brave” “hybrid” not sure why)
.group 6 ( 29 no bites on “emerging” “curriculum” or “sexin”
.club 125 (80 have “sexin” “managemoney”)
.dog 1 (2. have “iwant” but landlord said keep wanting
)
.online 11 (59)
.pro 24 (244. have yet to sell one, have walnut, pistachio, must have been hungry)
.site 3 (40 have animate, payfor, democrat but no interest)
So I bought a lot of ngtld before dnacadamy training, most under $5 for first year the few I have sold have been for 20-50 each (code/flights, use/systems use/recipes recon/games sexin/kitchen lotion/cool all on sedo) I sold cheap because renewal cost (another huge reason to stick with com and benefit of .us) and opportunity cost. The money for renewals should pay for names I am most likely to sell or keep in my pocket. I most likely will let most of them expire and move on. However I I have registered a couple like fiat/money and accidentlawyer/live as I think fiat money will increase in search as people question USA economics and more attorneys will move towards telemedicine type of consultation.
Ok, I hope that helps, someone, somewhere, sometime.
Disclaimer: I mentioned @DNACADEMY as I learned a lot, and still do (lifetime option is worth it) but as I stated, I have been purposefully more speculative than they teach. I highly recommend most take their course and follow their plan.
Why more speculative? Call it >50 crisis, but cheaper than a unused boat, divorce or a empty beach house no one can rent due to pandemic. I currently have peers in all those categories, so I will stick with 10 year domain plan!
