8 days ago, I had a notified email about a new transaction on Escrow (E), I sold a domain at BIN via Godaddy. On E, I need to complete my profile & KYC then my transaction went to step "Awaiting buyer payment".
In fact, this is first transaction in both this market & E, so I sent many emails to E support & also had many chatting conversations with their support. But till today, its state still is "Awaiting buyer payment". Even I asked E to call Buyer (B), but they said B still not yet complete their profile & not yet add their phone, so E support only sent reminder emails.
Even I requested E support for B email to contact directly; within 3 last days, I sent each email per day to B but they're still silent till today, even I told them that if they made a fake transaction or accidentally / testing case just let me know, I'm still okay but no reply.
So how should I do now? Ask Godaddy to cancel this order then relist domain for selling?
