I don't think that someone has started a thread for various people to list domain names in the expiry stream at NameLiquidate. I know there are individual threads, but I mean one thread that various people can contribute to.

I see this as having two kinds of contributions
  1. Your own names listed at NameLiquidate that you want to highlight
  2. Names you see there listed by others that you think are deserving of a shoutout
While people can post what they want, I think it might be helpful to be somewhat selective and in any one daily post highlight a limited number as opposed to simply listing all that you have in the expiry stream there.

Bob

PS There is a separate thread to give feedback on the name liquidation platform, with suggestions for improvements, so let's keep this thread specifically on listed domain names.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
A new day, a new set of picks from NameLiquidate. Just a bit over 600 names up right now, but some great ones. None of the following are my own names.
  1. EZVP .com Nice combination of EZ and VP makes this 4L 17 yr old name easily remembered!
  2. hospital .care Not many words in the .care extension would be a better match across dot!
  3. PCtalks .com PC as computer term dated, but other meanings or easily remembered. 7 yr old
  4. DomainHub .xyz Nice phrase if you would consider an .xyz. One of top registered, and most used, new extensions
  5. toolpedia .com This 17 yr aged domain name would seem a memorable brand!
  6. KwikWave .com Water theme parks, surfing, etc. possibilities for this creative spelling
  7. mortgages .capital A mortgage business open to a new extensions might find this a good match.
  8. RoadToCross .com I like domain name phrases, and this is a common phrase.
  9. goldiluck .com This name has been registered for 5 years and clever play on Goldilocks, maybe good for online gaming, entertainment, etc.
Hint hint :xf.cool:: The idea of this thread is that anyone can post what they see as some interesting names on the liquidation platform. Ultimately you can help both sellers and buyers in this way. Many heads are better than one! I hope that you will post some picks, even if it is a just a handful and only every week or two. I look forward to reading your picks here.

Have a good day. Stay smart and safe.

Bob
Misspelling “hosptial”. But I like account.care for bookkeeping.

So easy, particularly for those with slightly fuzzy vision like me, to be tricked by misspells. Thanks for alerting us, and I agree completely that account is a worthy name in the .care TLD. I have now edited my post with the replacement.

Are the sales on this platform reported anywhere?

It would be nice for the sales to be reported even if only to the domain investor community. It would be a good indication of the activity on this platform.

I am not associated with Epik, but I believe the answer is no. Epik sales in general are not reported to NameBio unless an individual seller or buyer does so. @DanSanchez or @Rob Monster can correct if this is wrong or planned to change.

I actually would see some danger in having sales at NameLiquidate reported, as the vast majority of sales, I presume, are not until the domain gets down to the $$ range in the down auction. The domainer who buys them might not want the actual precise acquisition price out there.

Do you believe in sharing sales with domain community? didnt even want to show me NL prices on domains i bid/watching on that I lost.

it sucks when somebody swoops in BIN, and it says you “lost” without say the final price sold

Given it's a reseller network, they most likley don't want priced logged online somewhere which can hurt future negotiations, so it works in your favor also.

The sales are not being reported individually, but we could prepare a report of activity to help you gauge how much goes on in terms of sales. There is a big push for getting the systems dialed in this week, after that we can focus on reporting more data for sure.

Some of interesting domain name on nameliquidate

Terrible.Life, nGTLD with park earning , I compare many stats with other domain , but its seem the only one domain on Nameliquidate that have earning , especially for nGtld, valid revenue provided by epik parking when you check detail stats on https://nameliquidate.com/terrible.life

LeaseGateway.Com, catcty domain name , some similiar domain on this niche average sold impresive above $ 21,000 last year ago based

Interesting observation @Pay.My.id - Thank you! I think parking will only show up if the owner has selected the parking rotation lander at Epik, which I think most do not. But I agree, for those that do, it is important information. Does someone know what time frame the stated parking revenue is based on? This one seems to have gone up but about $1 since yesterday.

And now for my picks (sorry did not pick any yesterday). There are a lot of nice phrases, some of which are ending next few hours...
  1. IFeelPerfect .com :xf.smile: for the optimists out there.
  2. But others covered with IFeelTerrible .com :xf.sick:.
  3. MeetYourMan .com Various use possibilities.
  4. RoadToCross .com Popular expression, many use possibilities.
  5. ActSingle .com Less than half a day left in this 3 yr aged name.
There are some other nice .com names I have not mentioned before
  • Online-Vacation .com 13 yr aged. Will online vacations become a thing in pandemic times for some creative thinkers who can make them truly feel like meaningful experiences?
  • PaperScale .com 10 yr old domain name
  • GymsForKids .com This 6 yr old name will find an end user I think
  • BeyondMechanics .com 11 yr old, could be applied in different areas. I like it as a sports coaching and analytics service.
For those searching for other legacy extensions, here are a few possibilities
  1. blug .net What does it mean? Not sure but 4L, speakable, I think possibilities. 3 yr old. Beginning of blue or blog or other possibilities.
  2. IdeaHunters .org Really like this especially in this time of people looking for side gigs
  3. OpenClouds .org
For those interested in general country code extensions, I offer these suggestions
  • aintel .io Why do I like this? I see it as contraction of acronym AI with abbreviation intel
  • rewritely .co Editing, copy writing, author, blog, etc.
  • TrueMetrics .co
  • hackly .co White hat hacking business or consultant might like this memorable name
This was already a long list, so no new extensions today, but I will probably have a few to suggest in the next post in this thread.

Now for small print.... None of the above names are mine, nor do I know the owners of any of them. I am not affiliated with NameLiquidate or Epik, and have not been in any way compensated for producing this list. You should do your own research before making any domain investment decision. I have not done a deep dive on any of these names, they are simply ones that stood out for me.

I hope all is well with each of you, stay safe. Thoughts with all who are personally stressed and impacted by the pandemic.

My quick read of today's list yielded the following possibilities. Note that a few of them are closing soon, so if you want them just a few hours. None of the names today are my own.
  1. CityShort .com This 4 year old name that is a combination of two simple words is easily remembered. How might it be used? A short guide or directory to different cities? Maybe something on investing building on short purchases? A store specializing in fashions for shorter people. Short story site?
  2. ForexInvest .net I've noticed this several times and decided to list it. Well aged, 15 yr.
  3. convaro .com This 4 yr old name strikes me as one of the brandables with possibilities.
  4. 90RRR .com Seeing more sales of mixed-mode names laterly, especially fairly short ones with easily remembered sequence. This one is 9 yrs old, possibly 3R's can be a positive in end use possibilities.
  5. GymFinder .org Surely a use for a name like this?
  6. DogsAreUs .com Whether for reference site or pet store, memorable 3 word name
  7. weighs .net Did not look into more distant history, but surprised this common dictionary word only 2 yr old
  8. DNADataHub .com DNA has sold a lot in domain names, and DataHub an obvious completion.
  9. WebDesignAfrica .com This name closing soon
  10. sunshine-villas .com Like the feel of this 19 year old well-aged name
  11. EpicHaven .com Positive, memorable name. Various use possibilities, perhaps particularly in travel and experiences
A bit over 1000 names in the liquidation platform today, but a rather small number of new extensions. Here are a few that did catch my eye.
  • PrivateMedical .care Majority of new gTLD sales single word, but this is high value dual term
  • mortgages .cash Nice match across dot, either for short-term loans to meet mortgage payments, or a second mortgage service, etc.
Why not share your own picks?

@greatbiz Can you please clarify. All the names I checked from your list go to Epik landers, but typically at $$$$ prices and not at NameLiquidate. I also independently checked a few directly at the NameLiquidate site, and could not find them. This thread has an extended edit period, so if not on NameLiquidate please edit your list to take out all that are not on that platform.

JUST A REMINDER TO EVERYONE THAT THIS THREAD IS NOT A PLACE FOR PEOPLE TO POST ANY NAMES NOT CURRENTLY ON NAME LIQUIDATE

It is also important information to disclose if names people are posting are their own or not. Either are allowed in this thread, but I think the reader should know if a promoted name is associated with the person highlighting it. This is not an absolute requirement, but I think is best practice.

Thank you

Bob

Here are my picks from today. None of these are my own names. Note that I do not check for TM possibilities, so if considering any name, be sure and do your own research. A few of these are closing today. Overall NameLiquidate has over 1000 names today, about 75% are .com, some well aged, if that is important to you.
  1. SmartSecurity .co Many nice .co on right now. Many .co sales are short or one word, but this dual word is an important and sought area
  2. TeachPets .com Nice development possibility in this 3 yr old name.
  3. audioline .io
  4. NorthsideSalon .com There are a number of names with this structure on right now for example Eastsidexxxxx). I like the structure in that northside could apply to any region or city, and salon also has various possibilities including of course beauty and hair.
  5. vectra .co Modern, scientific feel to this short name.
  6. cheapest-holidays .com I think after the pandemic is over, with the economic shock for the majority, people are going to be searching for bargains, including for vacations. This hyphenated-name might work well.
  7. MusicMania .org Have not delved into this name, but like sound of it
  8. ThatMadeMyDay .com Yes, four words but a common phrase!
That is my list for today. Why not add some of your picks?

Bob

Here are a few picks for the day from the NameLiquidate platform. None of these are my own names. Do your own research, of course.
  1. TeachingOpportunitiesAbroad .com Long 3-word, but very descriptive, important area.13 hr aged
  2. AdsWow .com Numerous ad agency or related possibilities in this 16 yr old name
  3. 46RE .com This 7 yr old mixed-mode .com ends with RE for real estate
  4. Ask-Ernie .com If your name is Ernie and want a help or blog site, this 18 yr old is pretty great
  5. elire .io Liked feel of this, although .io holding costs are of course high
  6. MENAtrader .com Was a big MENA (Middle East North Africa) sale some months ago. This 7 year old probably worth someone holding
  7. TicketQuery .com Works for various types of tickets, from help to events
Keep in mind that NameLiquidate is a down auction with prices reducing every hour.

Welcome others to post their picks!

Bob

Concentrated mainly on some names closing soon in today's list from the NameLiquidate platform. Only #3 is my own name.
  1. welcome .money Nice phrase for some kind of personal budget or savings site. Would be a fantastic financial blogger name.
  2. StarterName .com Descriptive name for a name for value-oriented domain sales or names specifically for startup businesses and organizations.
  3. appraisal .monster Descriptive phrase for any sort of appraisal service. Low renewal fee. Closes 3 hr.
  4. DigWe .com An organization or business wanting to brand around the idea of we, co-creation and the sharing economy. Name is 11 yr old aged
  5. aidsco.com This 5 year old name that starts with AI or Aid, and ends with co has definite possibilities
  6. jobuza .org Yes, RT possible confusion with s/z and an .org rather than .com, but strikes me as a nice brand for any kind of job service or reference site.
  7. 09909999 .com Usually 7N not noticed, but this pattern would be easily remembered.
  8. buccket .com Double c from conventional spelling, in this brandable name. Various kinds of buckets.
  9. FaceRental .com At first I said what, and then realized this would be a perfect name for a costume and mask rental service. I suspect those are hurting now, but a name to be ready when they come back.
  10. US-job .com Another descriptive job service name. Estibot $1000.
I did not isolate any individual ones in this poll, but there are a large number of meaningful .co names currently in the list.

In case you missed it, @equity78 just posted a comprehensive interview with @Rob Monster that has a segment about the origin, operation and plans for the NameLiquidate platform.

Tip: Although you can readily order the list you see at NameLiquidate by name, current price, closing time, or name age, remember that by using the DownloadInventory button you can get a spreadsheet compatible version to use for other ways to analyze the data of interest to you.

Have a great day, and why not look over the NameLiquidate current inventory and share a few of the names that stand out for you?

Hi @Bob Hawkes
Just wanted to chip in to say a very big Thank You for your great work in listing some good names here, and even going the extra mile to describe possible applications.
As well as your efforts in keeping the thread afloat.
That's selflessness at its peak, for a laudable idea.
You're highly appreciated.

Thanks a LOT Bob!

PS:
I suspect the reason why people might not be listing names here could be that they are simply snagging up any quality names they see for themselves, and would not want to draw any attention to those names if they can avoid it.
That's understandable too....lol.

Yes, Bob does a great job. I was trying to keep up with providing some listings of names that I spotted up until a few weeks back, but unfortunately time and money ran out for me at that stage due to an influx of work with the day job (my business requires me to spend money to make money). I've been feeling bad about that but it's great to see Bob keep the faith!...

Thanks for your kind words @Acorn. I have tried to make it a daily habit to spend a little while on the liquidate list each day, admittedly now and then not doing it. I will see how it goes. My ultimate goal is to see this list become self-sustaining, with enough others posting that I will step back.

I totally agree, both that probably some do that and that it is totally OK. I once kept one off the list for that reason. If I see a name I really want personally, odds are it will not go on my list, but right now trying to cut back my holdings a bit, so while now and then adding, not very active growth period.

Thanks for your past posts, @NicTraders, and your kind comments, and I totally understand that these times, even more than normal, we need to set personal priorities. Stressful times.

Here is my list for today, short but I think it contains some great possibilities. None of these are my own (in fact at this moment I have none listed, but putting a .com up in next few days, and probably a couple of .co).
  1. medically .online Pretty nice timing for this one, as remote medical in the forefront, both for interaction with patients and in terms of medical training.
  2. eversafe .io Nice phrase in an era with ever more emphasis on security, online and off
  3. eDay .net Various possibilities for this 4L, 5 yr old domain name
  4. DGB .tv I don't invest personally in .tv, so don't know market well, but sales volume and prices seem to hold up well over the years, and 3L starting with d (digital, design, etc.) could find end user. The name is 4 yr aged.
  5. weekend-special .com Been a pretty steady stream of decent hyphenated names on the liquidation platform. Could see this either as budget site or some kind of weekend event promotion.
  6. VRhospital .org Virtual Reality with hospital, in .org, strikes me as having possibilities in medical education, or perhaps general information/education. 4 yr old domain name.
So just 6 names in my current list, but about 1000 at NameLiquidate personally. Why not have a look yourself, and then post a few that you find strong?

Remember that I do not conduct TM research, nor detailed comparator analytics, so do your own research, viewing this list as just some possible starting places. I have no association with NameLiquidate or the owners of any of these names.

Bob
