Amen.pt is offering FREE registrations for .com domains - only two domains per customer and you must be an EU (European Union) citizen. Promo valid until April 30, terms and conditions here:

https://www.amen.pt/assistencia/ofertas

This is a popular Portuguese registrar, part of ICANN-accredited Register S.p.A.

You need to provide your credit card details and you'll be charged €0.02, apparently refundable.

Amen.pt has no English interface, only Portuguese, French, and Dutch. I understand Portuguese (more or less) so I was able to complete my order with no issues:

.coms renew at €15 at Amen.

Register.it also offers €1 .com registrations - limited to one domain per customer. UPDATE: Apparently, this is also for EU customers only (I can't edit the post's title).

This Italian registrar is part of the same ICANN-accredited Register S.p.A. Their website is available in English and it looks like PayPal is accepted (I paid by card).

.coms renew at €35 at Register.it.

Completed order:

It's my first time using Register.it so I have not made any transfers from them. However, after 60 days we should have no problems transferring domains if we want to.

it is similar to nominalia

Yes, they have the same parent company. But .com registrations currently cost €5 at Nominalia.

Which registrar?

Amen.pt and Register.it. But you must be an EU citizen. As in: not Europe as a whole, but European Union.

They are. The DADA brands (nominalia, names, register) are not very domainer friendly. Some of the others are.

Big European player: https://team.blue/brands/

* Full disclosure: I have some affiliation with them but am not directly employed by them.

To everyone who has registered one or more domains during this promo (still going I think):

Where can you see your actual domains on their website? I can't see anything under "os seus produtos"...

Yes, my email was confirmed, I even got the emails saying my domains were successfully registered etc. The whois is updated as well. I send them a message but it bounced.

Any clue?

Did you also receive emails asking you to verify your address for ICANN? The emails should start with "Verificações necessárias para..."

I can see my domains as shown below, no problems. It might be a temporary bug, try to log out and log in again. Try it with a different browser too.
