0$, price gouging is illegal in many parts of the world right now and no real shop would use it I think.

Reselling essential items for a profit during a crisis is illegal, hence I think this domain is pretty worthless.

The agencies and companies that need them already have their contracts set.

Actually, as a registered respiratory therapist. Many people go into their own homecare businesses or selling ventilators. I would be willing to bet that if you have an agreement with major distributors that it is legal. Where are you getting that information from?

True, but at the same time, there might be new regulations regarding these essential supplies. Have to wait and see.

it's hard to appraise your domain because the .com is not developed. That why I can't judge your name, But I really like it

try to Outbound companies who make BIPAP and CPAP Machines

$200-1.5k.

Less than 4k total registrations in the .supplies tld.

The .org and .net avail for hand-reg, although a name+tld that removes unnecessary characters like yours does, is better, imo, for a multitude of reasons (marketing, length, branding). Unfortunately, even though it's better, not many may care. Niche extension that's more practical use than catchy.

Nice fit!

anybody else want to estimate what this could be worth?

.supplies extension is worthless tbh, finding any buyer would be very difficult.

No, that's nonsense. As you should be able to read from the link you provided:

The definition of "excessive" or "unconscionable" pricing is generally determined by looking at average prices in the affected area over a given look-back period prior to the emergency, typically six months or so. If prices are 10 or 15 percent higher (some states have different thresholds), then it may be determined that price gouging has occurred.

The items were of course already sold at a profit, as that's how products are generally priced. There is also no need to automatically assume that a domain name will be used for price-gouging products.

My estimate: A few hundred $.
