Bought originally with intent to build out for a plumbing company as a lead generation. Held off as circumstances quickly changed because of virus. Now I wonder ... #1. Sell it? I wouldn't expect anyone here to offer retail but I wonder, a guesstimate of wholesale value? Potential retail? #2. Considering current circumstances, might their be a "highest and best use" I should consider keeping it for? Maybe a "prepper" site? Thanks for any help or suggestions.
