Are there any Real Estate affiliate programs out there? It would be awesome if Zillow had one but I don't think they have one anymore.

It would be nice to have a nice domain with something as broad a keyword as "Real Estate" or "property" and just redirect to a Zillow where they have great content.

And let Zillow make the sale with all it's razzle dazzle.

I'd like to monetize real estate related domains to a real estate affiliate program but I guess I could always send real estate visitors to HomeDepot or Wayfair or Amazon or Lowe's. maybe homeowners insurance?

Any other ideas?

I was wondering if it's even legal for us to earn a commission for referring a buyer to a "zillow" still website since only licensed realtors can do this.

Is there any websites out there I missed?

Hey @Avtar629 - I looked into Real Estate affiliate programs a few years ago. Zillow had just stopped their program (and I don't know if it has or will re-start). What I found is that the online Real Estate industry is dominated by a limited number of websites. It hasn't expanded horizontally because of one key factor - real estate is regional ... so if you are interested in real estate in Los Angeles, you will only be interested in seeing opportunities in LA, not anywhere else - and you can find all the information you need through realtor.com or local LA realtor websites.

I have seen niche affiliate programs - more towards rentals, timeshares, lenders, etc., but not for the actual sale of properties.
