Anyone know the expiration process of registrar Xin Net Technology Corporation

I want to know about Xin Net too. There is a domain that I am interested in that is with this registrar.

The domain name server is DNS5.EXPIRENOTIFICATION.COM but the strange thing is it looks like the domain has been registered for another year. I wonder if the registrar is keeping if for themselves or if the owner has already renewed but the name servers haven't been updated?

Worst case scenario for getting this name is contacting a Chinese speaking broker I guess. Does anyone have experience obtaining name at this registrar and/or getting a domain from a Chinese/mandarin speaking previous owner?
