Having relatives and friends scattered all over the globe, I am getting an overload of input (some on the record and some off the record).

My intention for this thread is for community members from around the world to post first hand stories and/or links to information sources that, for the most part, should be reliable.

In my community, just outside a major southeastern city, 'assets' have been placed. Only because I have friends in both high and low places have I heard about some of this. At this point it is only some basic medical supplies that should be equally distributed anyway in preparation for a natural emergency (hurricane/wildfire/etc.).

I will start with posting a link to a site with current data that seems to come from an aggregate of sources and hope others will do the same as they come across similar sites/pages.

Because of the 'typhoid Mary' spread-ability of this disease, I feel we may be in for a really large spread globally which will impact the global economy and through extension, retail domain prices.

One thing is for sure...things will get worse before they get better.

Century-Old Vaccine Investigated as a Weapon Against Coronavirus

A vaccine that’s been used to prevent tuberculosis is being given to health-care workers in Melbourne to see if it will protect them against the coronavirus.

The bacillus Calmette-Guerin, or BCG, shot has been used widely for about 100 years, with a growing appreciation for its off-target benefits. Not only is it a common immunotherapy for early-stage bladder cancer, it also seems to train the body’s first line of immune defense to better fight infections.

With an immunization specifically targeted against the pandemic-causing Covid-19 disease at least a year away, the World Health Organization says it’s important to know whether the BCG vaccine can reduce disease in those infected with the coronavirus, and is encouraging international groups to collaborate with a study led by Nigel Curtis, head of infectious diseases research, at the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute in Melbourne.

Coronavirus live updates: FDA gives anti-malaria drugs emergency approval to treat COVID-19

The two drugs are being investigated as potential treatments for COVID-19.

In a statement released Sunday night, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services announced it had received 30 million doses of hydroxychloroquine sulfate and one million doses of chloroquine phosphate donated to a national stockpile of potentially life-saving pharmaceuticals and medical supplies. Hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine, which are oral prescription drugs used primarily to prevent and treat malaria, are both being investigated as potential therapeutics for COVID-19.

Let me make this suggestion again...find some seeds of your favorite veggies (tomato, corn, bean, pepper, squash) and skip those pretty flowers in pots and beds this year. Whether hard to find or crazy expensive, fresh veggies will be a short term casualty of Covid this spring, summer and fall.

Of course food will be available, but just maybe not as much and certainly not as fresh as we have become accustomed to. If you have never grown your own tomatoes, get a bush type variety (whether full or cherry size) and enjoy the 'fruits' of your labor.

The U.S. weighs the grim math of death vs. the economy

And elected U.S. politicians entrusted with public welfare are making calculations centered around the question: How many possibly preventable deaths are acceptable, as weighed against millions of jobs lost and trillions of dollars of economic output foregone?

Declaring the cure can’t be worse than the disease, President Donald Trump has said that by April 12, he wanted churches all over the country to be “packed” with Easter celebrants. On Sunday, Trump backed away from that goal by extending social distancing guidelines to April 30.

U.S. state and local officials are doing their own calculus.

“We will not put a dollar figure on human lives,” New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said. Almost half of the 130,000 U.S. cases to date have appeared in New York, where some hospitals are overwhelmed with critically-ill patients.

On Wednesday, Walz - who is self-quarantining after possible exposure - told Minnesotans that models project an eventual 2.4 million infections statewide.

If allowed to spread unchecked now, he said, as many as 74,000 Minnesotans could die because too few hospital beds and ventilators means patients won’t get the medical care they need.

No one will win the U.S. and China’s coronavirus contest

“If the pandemic results in a global recession and the United States fails to manage international recovery efforts, economic and political power may both shift further in Beijing’s favor,” wrote Mira Rapp-Hooper of the Council on Foreign Relations. “If the United States remains absent without leave, China may take the crisis as an opportunity to start setting new rules according to its own global governance vision, displacing Washington from future ordering efforts.”

But that opportunism is tethered, principally, to Trump’s indifference at the wheel. “China’s chief asset in its pursuit of global leadership — in the face of the coronavirus and more broadly — is the perceived inadequacy and inward focus of U.S. policy,” Kurt M. Campbell and Rush Doshi wrote in Foreign Affairs. “The ultimate success of China’s pursuit, therefore, will depend as much on what happens in Washington as on what happens in Beijing.”

seriously, by now, anyone who still doesn't see all this as more than just the virus, plz wake up.

expect social unrest to increase as lockdowns continue.. same lockdowns which now countries say will last for months more... or indefinitely infinitely.. like the dollar printing...
they've taken total control.. and no one even protested! brilliant planning indeed!

meanwhile i am reading more and more articles about people divorcing due to corona... businesses going bankrupt you already knew about.... incidence of violence.... and a 1-7 million euro worth van gogh stolen in belgium museum today.

lockdown the whole world... and see where that gets us.

The script is all done by the numbers. The deaths, the stories, all of it. It's all a script...

Gematria is what the puppet masters utilize to decide who enters and exits the play each and every day.

What are the chances Kobe fakes his death and his supposed burial plot is in...

CORONA DEL MAR
...:ROFL::xf.cry::xf.confused:

Indeed Kobe is just another one of the actors playing his role to get you to be mind controlled.

Don't let these Men in Black Cabalists (Jesuits being the primary puppeteers also known as MIB). f* your mind up too much so you can still have a rational mind to lead you through these trying times.

And remember why everyone panicked about T.P. and there was a shortage for weeks, no random coincidence.

ALL A SCRIPT.....

well about the only good thing about people staying at home and having time on their hands, is they now have chance to wake up and study and understand what actually is going on.
its not always easy to do this when we're stuck in stressful enslaved jobs running like rats all day long... and then after that coming back to a screaming unhappy wife with 5 kids jumping on your head.

so lets hope people study, read the internet... and wake up that a veil is pulled over their eyes

i think lyrics of hotel california ... u can checkout any time you want but u can never leave.. is basically that you can commit suicide any time you want, but you're still coming back here.

just a thought :)

so plz guys. do not become slaves to toilet paper... its just lame...
plz wash your bumholes with some nice smelling flower bouqet soap.

plz guys i mean this has been scientifically demonstrated... they even make toilets with rinse mechanism... but u do not need that much lazy comfort.

That's theater for the programming. You know..."back to your regular programming"

Even Fauci just admitted in a document shared amongst MDs written by him that this COVID is in fact not that awful - all there for us to see if we know where to look.

yeah.. i mean what else do you need to know.. if the creepy short guy next to trump says its like a flu then its like a flu

no really now.. time to wake up smell the bouquet... this virus is the veil to stop you from seeing the truth.... do you think the 1% trillionaires who run this world make mistakes or allow for something like this to RANDOMLY enter the scene.

no they do not. in fact they got so good at planning things, that their plans seem like random chance to everyone else.

but!!!!!!!! there is one big but to consider... the big but to consider is this: the world as we knew it before... was not.. well... perfect... it was in fact very far from being perfect... we had... crimes.. we had drugs... we had killings.. sexual perversions of all kinds... in short, we sinned a lot... therefore.... if that world was in certain way... and now that world is gone forever and a new world order is coming.... then one just might wonder or argue... can the changes that are to come... be perhaps for the betterment of mankind as a whole... in other words... can things really get worse than they already were?

well. i will let time answer this one.. but as always. i remain open minded to all possibilty.

:)
