advice Need some help with epik

I want to buy some domain from Epik but whenever I chose PayPal it asks me to add a card (i don't have a card added to my PayPal and don't want to). I am using the same PayPal with Dynadot and NameCheap. I normally pay using my PayPal balance.

Note: before you suggest contacting support. I already did and they don't even understand what the problem is.
I have a similar issue with a2hosting in past but they fixed it by making it one-time payment for me. (Subscription payments need card )

Nornally you have no problem when pay using paypal balance. Simple step : don't save your paypal . When you choose to save paypal , system would ask you to add credit card / debit card.

Sounds like a PayPal issue.

As a work-around, if you want to send Personal Pay to [email protected], I will add funds to your account.

FYI, we are a few days from releasing a technology for doing live video with screen share for free. That will help for a case like this one. With all the folks being quarantined, it seems timely but it will also help for live tech support.

@Mobo12 if your pp without linked cc it means your pp account is not verified. so it means Epik dosn't accept unverified pp account. same issue I have a few years ago with godaddy.
solution - verify your pp account.
