I know you are frustrated as you have not received clear funds for the sale of mood.ai. However as we have clearly informed you on multiple occasions, in the transfer center and across the multiple social media platforms you are posting on. We have paid you for the sale, Sedo sent you the money and clearly notified you of this. We have sent you a copy of the swift payment as proof that we instigated the payment and you replied to the transfer agent saying that your bank checked the document and said that it was created correctly.
We are doing everything we can to assit you with this and find our whats going on, our Finance department confirmed they will reach out to the bank to see if they can find out anything else which we informed you about. Our finance team has found out the payment is stuck at an American intermediary bank who are having difficulties sending the payment to the receiver's bank, and they are asking for the USD-correspondent of the receiver's bank. You can ask your bank for this, your transfer agent going to inform you about this.
Socratic.ai is a completely different transaction, Sedo has helped you successfully close more than 40 sales since you have been with us and we have paid you for ALL of these sales, yet you are delaying the transfer of this domain. Just like we have assisted you with the sale of more than 40 domains we will do the same for Socratic.ai and mood.ai. But for Socratic.ai, we can not release the funds for Socratic.ai until the buyer has received the domain name.
The delay of the payment for mood.ai does not affect your transfer with Socratic.ai, if you do not give us the auth code for the domain then we can not release the payment as the domain can not be transferred, you are delaying the buyer receiving the domain.
Please understand that due to the corona virus and current pandemic, Sedo is doing its utmost to deliver a reliable service to all of our customers, our team is working remotely to keep the same service being delivered. But constantly posting multiple messages across all our social media platforms everyday is not going to speed up this process in fact it hinders it and it is only causing confusion. We have clearly given you instructions on how we can go forward with this, and we are doing everything we can to help you. So please follow the guidance of your transfer agent so that this can get resolved as soon as possible and remain in contact with the transfer agent through the transfer tool.
