Does Uniregistry allow to list your domain in their marketplace if it's not with Uniregistry?

I went thru the motions of signing up for their marketplace got to the point where I'm suppose to add my domain and it seems like I could add domains to their marketplace without having them registered with or transferred over to Uniregistry. but I did not follow thru.

So can I list in their marketplace without the domain being with Uniregistry?

Would ask @Uniregistr but they're closed now.

Of course you can, but it doesn’t have that same retail buyer audience as Godaddy does. It’s still mainly a domainer register, and unless you are pointing your names there, don’t expect an out of the blue sale, unless it’s priced attractive for a wholesale time buyer.

also those who did list before. just like with Sedo that delists your domain if the whois on it changes at all like if the domain was deleted.

I actually think someone has designed a bot to query good names, and keep offering $20 on them, keep an eye out for it, all my offers get $20 offers from 03-2020 opened accounts, anytime you counter, same response, instantly close out negotiations.

If that is the buyer who you are talking about, is offering you $200 for a domain you own, most likely they have a big buyer on the other end.

Same thing happend to me a while back, but I didn't even respond, and I ended up selling it for 5 figures when another big broker appeared to ask about it also.

It's worse than that. There is no 2FA at Afternic and so someone who accesses your account can change the price, then they or their accomplice buy the domain at a super low price and it is gone from your account before you know it.

Also price changes you make at Afternic can take a long time to take effect, possibly months, so if you put up a price and see your new price in the control panel, buyers may see the old price and buy at that low price and you have no comeback because Afternic ToS set no timeframe for price changes taking effect.

Some people choose to enable fast transfer only for low value domains. Also once you enable it, you cannot disable it, even deleting a domain from Afternic and re-listing it does not work - you have to contact their slow support to disable fast transfer on a domain.
