Won a domain at Dynadot expired auction that was not renewed and still won't get it

Pretty crappy service by Dynadot on its expired auctions platform. I'm aware that names sometimes get renewed and, in that case, you don't end up with the name even if you win the auction. But in my case the name wasn't even renewed. Was a name at another registrar that Dynadot auctions off on its expired auction platform and the other registrar confirmed that the name was not renewed and will be deleted, but for some reason Dynadot says too bad. Although I haven't read the terms, it seems like that should be violation of the expired auction terms. In any event, it is crappy.
